I had sent Go-Bowen customer service three requests for a simple part number identification. My son had also sent a few requests for help. No responses after a few weeks. Sells products, provides zero support. It is not like I was asking for free stuff.

We did receive the video from the customer, but we cannot tell from the video showing the unit has the turning issue
So we asked the customer if he is having the issue of one tire of the ground, he said yes, so we shipped him the part which
can fix this
For the battery box which is broken during the transportation, we already sent him a new one under warranty
For the tire issue, our company do not offer warranty on tires or plastic parts, so we are not able to sent the tire under warranty
