I only told them I would contact the Revdex.com because of their practices. If that's what they consider threatened, it's not true. I never cursed at them. I work in customer service and understand how service workers should be treated. One of the copays happened in January 2015. That was never refunded until I complained, which is definitely not 30 days. They told me it would take 30-90 days to refund. That was upsetting since they knew they owed me a refund and they sat on it, getting offended when I asked for my money back. I am sure they are doing this to other patients. ]
