Customer tried to return the item past our posted day return window, which we denied This purchase was through ***, and the customer filed an A to Z protection claim though ***, and *** ruled in our favor that we did not have to refund the customer for the *** order

Please review the email sent by the seller stating they will reimburse shipping after inspecting the item to see if it does not. How can the seller judge the fitting if I am not there in person to try it on.Once we inspect the item if it does not match as described we will issue a credit for your return shipping as well.  Please ship the item back via [redacted] First Class with no insurance.  We do not recommend purchasing insurance and insurance is not reimbursed.
