I went in to buy a new vehicle, found one that I liked but it had a really bad rock chip that was beginning to crackThe salesman said that it was bad and that he personally would like that replaced and that they would probably do thatI then asked to go a little lower on the price, which they made it seem like they did by somehow bringing my payments down, so I assumed they lowered the priceThey said that because I was getting a deal, they would just fix the rock chipOnce it was all said and done, the service center told me that it was a bad one and would most likely need to be replacedInstead, it was poorly filled, looks like ***(They didn't lower the price) Between the paperwork (hours) and actually leaving the dealership, someone had scratched the entire side of my new vehicleThe sales manager came out with the salesman and said they would take care of itWhen I picked up my vehicle, they had only washed it and not even fixed anything to do with the scratch although they tried to tell me it was goneI'm not blind or an idot The vehicle was only years old a stunk like smoke and needed a good cleanThey did an ozone treatment that got rid of the smoke smell, but the detail was the poorest detail I've ever seenThere was still a food stain on the roof as well as something stuck to the dashAll they did was wipe the main places and vacuum the car The service manager told me he would call me after the long weekend and I've now been waiting daysI did call back and ask to talk to a service manager but they were busy and did not return my callI also left a message for the general manager days ago and he too has not bothered to return my call So long story short, this dealership wants a quick sale, but they don't want repeat service!!!!

I went in to buy a new vehicle, found one that I liked but it had a really bad rock chip that was beginning to crack. The salesman said that it was bad and that he personally would like that replaced and that they would probably do that. I then asked to go a little lower on the price, which they made it seem like they did by somehow bringing my payments down, so I assumed they lowered the price. They said that because I was getting a deal, they would just fix the rock chip. Once it was all said and done, the service center told me that it was a bad one and would most likely need to be replaced. Instead, it was poorly filled, looks like [redacted]. (They didn't lower the price)

Between the paperwork (5 hours) and actually leaving the dealership, someone had scratched the entire side of my new vehicle. The sales manager came out with the salesman and said they would take care of it. When I picked up my vehicle, they had only washed it and not even fixed anything to do with the scratch although they tried to tell me it was gone.. I'm not blind or an idot...

The vehicle was only 2 years old a stunk like smoke and needed a good clean. They did an ozone treatment that got rid of the smoke smell, but the detail was the poorest detail I've ever seen. There was still a food stain on the roof as well as something stuck to the dash. All they did was wipe the main places and vacuum the car.

The service manager told me he would call me after the long weekend and I've now been waiting 5 days. I did call back and ask to talk to a service manager but they were busy and did not return my call. I also left a message for the general manager 3 days ago and he too has not bothered to return my call.

So long story short, this dealership wants a quick sale, but they don't want repeat service!!!!

First of all - the only reason I am even giving this business a 1 rating is because of how amazing the salesman Paul was... He was outstanding, so I thought all my service experience would be amazing. I was so wrong! So thank you Paul for being exceptional!
First of all, I bought this car..... not my co-signer.
Every time they call or email to communicate or arrange something they ask for my co-signer.... I bought the car not her! I make the payments.. not her!
Secondly, the insurance guy who did my insurance put the address that was on my old insurance (for my old car) on my new insurance... not the address that was on my DL. Sure enough about a month later - I got a ticket for it.... There goes $109.00..
Next on the list, Physical issues with my BRAND NEW VEHICLE. I have had nothing but issues with my jeep; Squeeky brakes, whining noises from my wheels/tires...This happens everyday! My latch on my trunk area NEVER closes properly. So what do I do when I have a problem... contact the Service department....I have taken my car to the service department twice. I've been told it cant be replicated so they can fix it. So the third time I arranged to get a rental car -- when I have a friend drop off my car and into a rental, she was told NO rental was available and that I had to be there (after I had already cleared that is was okay for someone else to pick up the rental, and drop off my car) So I had to leave work drive to Surrey to drive around for about 15 mins (for the sounds/issues not to happen - just my luck) So I left again, and headed home.
Finally, just this past weekend... I had a scheduled maintenance. *Oil change, and tire rotation... $162.00! You have got to be freaking kidding me... and that's after my discount. On top of getting brutally ripped off, I thought they would at least clean my car. NOPE! no wash, no vacuum, no wipe down or even a floor mat put in. **Water restrictions may have been in place, so okay I understand... But absolutely No customer care was put in when taking care of my vehicle.

Buying a new car is supposed to be happy, fun, and a proud moment for anyone (especially seeings how this was my first new car) - but for me it has been the worst decision I have ever made because of the horrible service I am receiving from this Branch.. I am embarrassed to drive my brand new car, because of the horrible sounds it makes and not knowing whats going to happen next.

Shame on you, for turning this once in a lifetime opportunity into the biggest regret I have ever made.
