[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]
*** *** is a customer of Go-Doggie Pet Sitting. I had an incident with a pet sitter employed as an independent contractor for Go-Doggie LLC and I needed to release her from employment. I notified all the customers of Go-Doggie of the change in sitters and indicated that if they
so wanted to work with this sitter outside of Go-Doggie LLC, I would end of contractual obligation and return the keys. I also offered the services of the other sitters with Go-Doggie LLC and that service would continue without interruption.*** contacted a new pet sitting service that the old sitter was going to join and that service contacted me. I notified *** that I was ending our contractual relationship and that I would return her keys. The sitter put my service at risk and I did not want any association with her as her work ethic is not representative of Go-Doggie Pet Sitting. Because *** did not fully understand my position, and caused a service interruption for herself, she reached out to the Revdex.com to complain. Upon further discussion with *** to explain why it was so important for me to end all ties to the former pet sitter, *** met the recommended sitter at Go-Doggie LLC and has since continued as a customer with Go-Doggie LLC. The incident has been resolved.Thank you,Jackie E***
