I am rejecting this response because: I have given this company numerous opportunity to complete this work, with no response. I was told he did not want to communicate with me I could speak with his attorneyWe had extensive hail damage,and needed the repairs done, I had to hire another contractor to do this work I want a refund

Upon completion of the job the customer was happy with the work completed and even signed our completion certificate given written consent suchWhich is attachedAs brought up months later to us there are issues that the customer now is unhappy with, we are working with the customer to resolve
these issues as customer satisfaction is our number one priorityThere were times that we were scheduled to meet with the customer and due to unforeseen occurrences (weather/heat advisory) we were unable to however each time she was contracted and made aware of the situation

Mrs*** contacted us and we set an appointment for September 30, and contacted to replace her roof, gutters and garage doorAt the time she had an emergency situation with her roofAlthough we had other customers with contracts well before her, we came out and replaced her roof at the
soonest date weather and her husband’s schedule permitted(Because she insisted her husband be there at the time of install.) The roof, garage doors, and gutters were an insurance claimShe stated that the roof was a priority and the garage doors and gutters could waitOur representative came out to her meet her at her property on three different occasionsThere were also numerous phone callsMrs*** stated she was in no hurry for the garage doorsThen in December she came to the office and demanded money back on the gutters and garage doorWe did reimburse her for the gutters because she broke our contractual agreement and had someone else replace the guttersWe have since tried to come out and show her garage door brochures and she refused to meet with anyone from our companyWe are under the belief that she is misappropriating insurance fundsWe investigate these matters very seriously as misappropriated funds that can incriminate the consumerWe seek for every customer to be satisfied when we have a contractual agreementAt this time we have every intention of fulfilling our obligation and contractGoEcoExteriors Team

Ms*** roof is complete and she is completely satisfied
