Awful I moved with 1 month left of service and was told I would have to pay 145 cancellation fee or pay the 30 for them to spray a house that nobody loves in.

This business has been a nightmare. Had them initially come out. Only sprayed outside, and still had stink bugs afterwards. Called the tech, she came back out, told me she wouldn't do it again, but would sprinkle some crystals down on the ground. Still didn't work. Called again, 3 times she cancelled. Misquoted me on price. you pay every month, but they only come out every other. I paid the 100 dollar initial fee, which was 95, but she had no change. A week and a half later, I got a bill for 95$. Made them aware of mistake. 2 weeks later, got a 45 dollar bill. From that point on, they have been relentless with the phone calls. First, to ask me if I found service yet. Told them ya, them, but wasn't happy, and no longer wanted the service. 1 month later, they're calling everyday telling me I owe them more money. Informed them that I had already canceled this service, and the woman got almost threatening, telling me I signed a contract, and was liable. Which I did not, as in the initial hiring, was told I could cancel anytime, and just to try them. As I did. Now, they're billing me even more money, and threatening me with collections. I'm about to report them.

Technicians are always professional, honest and courteous. Customer satisfaction is their main goal, and they work hard to achieve it.

Darion helped us with our pest problem and he was extremely thorough and very helpful. He answered all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Great service, great results and will come check any problem you are having outside of the regularly scheduled service, indoors or out. Have used them for years.

I never authorized them to debit my account for the cancelation fee amount. They said since I gave them permission to debit $30, they had my permission to debit $195, less $30 setup fee, even though they never informed me they were going to do this. I requested a manager and the manager refused to return the funds. Even though she listened to the call where the rep told me they would bill me and I had 90 days to pay.

Ms *** signed up for pest control at two locations on 6/15/2019. *** and ***. At the time she signed up there was a start up fee charged of $30.00 (discounted from the original start up cost of $195) Ms *** called in on 9/9/2019 to cancel the pest control at both locations. She spoke with a representative here with Go-Forth that advised her of the fee to cancel and that she would go to collections if not paid after 90 days. Go-Forths representative did note the account that the customer did not want to pay. However we continue to charge the card on file if there is a balance owed. The contract explains that to "break" or "buyout" of a contract you would pay $195.00 less the start up fee. Meaning since Ms *** was breaking both 12 month contracts, she would owe $165.00 on each account totaling $330.00. Once one of those transactions were processed, Ms *** called in very upset that this transaction had been processed. I apologized and explained again the fee and that another was owed for the secondary account. Ms *** was still very dissatisfied. I offered to completely waive the other $165.00 that was owed due to her dissatisfaction. Ms *** refused and advised that she would be contacting her bank to dispute the transaction, and disconnected the phone call.

Joe did a great job today, professional, thorough and complete.

Paid to have pests and nest removed. Initial visit had an insecticide sprayed into the nest. Was told this would kill them and at a later date,technician would come back and remove the nest. Tech did not return as promised. Informed by account manager that nest removal was not part of the service.

On 8/12/2019, Mr. spoke with one our Account Managers regarding his One Time Service he purchased for stinging pest. Mr. stated during that conversation he was told by the Account Manager whom completed the One Time Service that she would be back out to remove the nest and had not been back out yet to remove the nest. He was advise that a One Time Service for stinging pest did not include removal of the nest. Mr. advise that Account Manager that sold the service to him told him that it was included. His account was quickly escalated to a Customer Care Manager. The Account Manager whom performed the service was contacted and quickly went back out to Mr. home and removed the Nest as promised when he purchased the One Time Service. We have spoken with Mr. since then and he stated that the Account Manager who performed the service did a great job and was very satisfied. He also, thanked us for contacting him to make sure that everything was resolved.

My regular tech has taken the time to get to know the common pest issues with my home so that they can proactively treat for them. The peace of mind is well worth the cost!

This week we were in a crunch. Certain items were needed from clerical to items replaced on our building. Every Call I made had VERY quick response time. By the end of the day we had ALL requested items in our possession. Thank you so much Chad, Ariel and Joe for your rapid response time!

About a month ago I logged into my account to try and cancel my account with this company as they haven't been able to solve my ant infestation problem, I was urged to upgrade my service contract and the problem is still there. while I was working from home the service person will spend good time applying the pest control chemicals and getting rid of webs around the house, since I started traveling missing them and keep getting notifications of service performed, last week I came back from the office and saw the notice at my door and performed a quick review around the perimeter of the house, and not a single spider web was removed. so I called to cancel and they want to charge me a cancellation fee, I was able to have them waive it, but they still charged me for September on which clearly they didn't performed the job I was billed for.
I had a chat conversation on their website and asked to get my account cancelled. and they didn't. Not sure what kind of business they are running here, but leaving a service completion note when the service wasn't completed sounds deceiving. not sure if this is the company's practice or the representative laziness, it is unacceptable. I have pictures, not sure how to upload them here.

On 9/17/2018 we spoke with the customer and cancelled the service per the his request. At this time, due to the customers dissatisfaction we allowed him to cancel his service that was under contract which we chose to void and also waived the cancellation/buyout fee. On 9/19/2018 we made contact with the customer regarding this complaint. We did offer and process a refund for $50 for his September service. We have attempted to make contact with this customer again on 9/26/2018 and 10/17/2018 to confirm receipt of refund.
