they attempted to put a new screen my samsung phone and cracked the new screen. told me to bring back after order more parts then refused to fix.
I dropped my sons samsung galaxy 9 off for screen repair and they attempted to fix it and cracked the new screen they put on while fixing it. They told me to take the phone home while they order new parts (screen) for it and when we returned for the 2nd time they took the phone and told us they will take care of it and come back at end of day to pick up. When we went back to pick it up it was not fixed, still with the screen they cracked and said "its not worth my time to fix it" and refused to fox the screen.
I just want the screen replaced as they promised for the price they agreed to.

The Customer brought in a phone to get the "Cracked Glass Only" fixed on a Samsung Galaxy S9 cell phone. The Technician attempted to remove the top layer Glass and fix the phone,but was not successful;braking the "display" underneath the glass which illuminates Picture. The store immediately took action for error and rebuilt the phone in the same existing condition the phone was originally brought in:Fully Functional(Cracked Glass/Good Display). A second attempt to fix the phone again was planned, free of charge, no cost to customer, but again was unsuccessful. After a loss of money, time and hours of labor the store rebuilt the phone in the same existing condition the phone was originally brought in: Fully Functional.(Craked Glass/Good Display). With commitment and dedication,the store offerd the customer a alternative repair option to avoid any more error and to successfully repair cell phone. The alternative repair option to fix cell phone included ordering a fully assembled all in one screen with new glass and diplay from Samsung website. A deposit for ordering part (Screen) is required to continue repair. The company is still committed to repairing phone "at cost of part".
