Go Go Rent A Car

Review: July 30th of 2013 around 11:30 AM, I got into an accident with a rental car. (Crash and damage to the rented car only)He kept insinuating that I would have to pay him back for the car and kept insisting that the accident was all my fault during drive.When we arrived at his office, He handed out some paperworks with policies on it and told us that we had to pay 1000 dollars along with additonal options. I asked him what the option was and he kept changing his answers regarding it.He was charging us for "loss of use" that states: 1. While they are fixing the car, they can't use it. Meanwhile, we were to pay to compensate.2. They changed all the parts inside the car before renting it out to us and we were to pay for those damage as well. He said he would show us the receipt for it too. I asked him why were we responsible for something we didn't ask for and something that happened before the rental service.He said it was all included in the "loss of use".Then he said to me "if you can't afford it, you are going to be like the student I told you about. Are you sure you will be able to cover without telling other people?" and asked for 5000 dollars. I said I didn't have that money.And he said "I knew it. Since you are a student and you are trying to do without the help of your parents. It's our loss, but I'll charge you only $3000."He told us to go to the bank right now so he can get the cash from us and wanted to go to our house to get the money. I withdrew $1000 while he was watching us. He parked right behind us because he was afraid we might dodge.And he followed us into the house and into the living room, waited for us to get our money. No one was home and we got all the money we could find, which was about $2000.He told us about other experiences to insure us that we can get away with it and if we do, we will be tried in courts and our lives would be ruined.He seemed suspicious. Because, He still didn't contact insurance company yet and he didn't have a plan to fix the car yet.Desired Settlement: I suspect that he's charging me more than I paid.And one of my friend, who work in car insrance company, said my insurance could include "loss of use", so I didn't need to pay for it.I don't know what to do to get my money back.And I've already asked to the bank and my leasing office for recording file, I think I will need it for evidence.I went to the police office, But they said they didn't want to help me for it.So, I really need help on what I should do.

Ms.[redacted] is responsible for the dagame of car accident. She agreed to pay all damage, towing, storage and impound fee.

Also, she agreed to pay the total amount of $4,000, but I have not been paid another $1,000.

I have no idea what and why she is doing all these incomprehensible things.
