on their utility billWe have no control on what CPS allows or doesnot allow in regard to their rebate programWe informed Mrs*** that mostpeople had to wait for to weeks before the rebate would appear on their utilitybillAfter we email the paper work we have no way to know if the rebate wasapprovedIt is up to the homeowner to follow up with CPS if there is anyProblemMrs *** contacted us one year after the paper work was sent toCPS to tell us that she did not receive a rebate We resent the paper work to CPS again in caseCPS would reconsider We do warranty alllabor for year after the installationWe were call out once in August andonce in September in the first year after the installation and Mrs *** wasnot chargedSince that time we have not had any request for any service fromMrs *** and have honored our agreement with herWe want all of our customersto be happy with their new system and would be pleased to extend her first yearwarranty for another year, we just ask her to call the office to schedule anyservice that may be required
