Review: In January, 2013, I purchased a special package which was 50% off of class prices. I purchased the package for $145 which is equivalent to 30 classes. I've only used 4 classes which leaves me with 26 remaining. A few months later, they closed down stating they were renovating. Next, a notice was posted that they would be relocating. Nothing has happened now for months. I've sent repeated emails asking for an update or my money back. At this point in time, I would like my money back, but have not gotten any response. I have two friends of mine who are in the same situation as I am, and I will have them put through a complaint as well. Any assistance you can provide will be helpful. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Package purchased for $145 which is equivalent to 30 classes ($4.84 per class). I have 26 classes remaining which totals $125.84. I would like this money refunded.

Review: On February 4th 2013, I purchased a 30 class special for $145.00. The gym closed shortly thereafter and was going to re-open in a new location in June but has yet to re-open and [redacted] no one has responded to my emails or calls about getting a refund. Review: I have 47 unused classes at Go Green Fitness. They closed down for renovations last winter saying they would reopen soon. There was an update posted on the website in the spring/summer saying they were relocating. Since then, there have been no further updates. I emailed [redacted] approximately 1 month ago asking for an update and my money refunded and have still not received any response. I would like my money refunded for my unused classes. I bought 2 packages. On 8/28/12 I bought 30 classes for $203= $6.77/class. I have 17 left from these classes. On 1/11/13 I bought 30 classes for $145 and I haven't used any of these 30 classes. I have 4 other friends in similar positions and they are also not hearing any response from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like my 47 unused classes refunded as it does not appear that Go Green Fitness is reopening anytime soon. I have 17 classes x $6.77/class= $115 and 30 classes bought for $145. The total money I would like refunded is $260

Review: I purchased a series of classes, for $120 in early 2013. Shortly after making the purchase, I was informed that the studio would be closed for renovations, and would open again on July 1, 2013. The studio did not open and has no opened to date (May 2014). I have sent several emails to [redacted], studio owner, as well as called for a refund, as I am relocating. One time he answered and, when I identified who I was, he put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I would like a full refund. I understand there are several people who have experienced the same.Desired Settlement: Full Refund
