We have used Go Green for all our plumbing needs Now for the past three years. We have had Nate, Shane, Mitch, Anthony and Jon out and we are consistently pleased with their professionalism. They are clean cut, punctual and very knowledgeable

Excellent service from start to finish. Chelsea was so friendly and helpful when I first called. She got us set up for same day service—when I called at 3pm on a Friday! Garrison called to let me know his ETA prior to arrival. He was extremely professional and courteous the entire time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a few options and weighed the pros and cons of each. We will recommend Go Green to anyone looking for HVAC and plumbing services.

I had a pipe burst that hooked up to the water heater. Shane A was the plumber. He gave me several options to choose from and answered all my questions. He never steered me one way or the other. At first I chose to have only the pipe replaced so that I could get my water turned back on and told them that I’d have to discuss the other options with my husband first. He did the job quickly. Also, the water heater had gotten submerged in water and for safety reasons, he chose not to light it. The decision was left up to me. He explained that the internal parts can corrode and malfunction. In addition, my water heater was quite old. So we went without hot water for a day. The next day we made the decision to replace the water heater as well and called Go Green. Shane was at another job at the time but despite that, he came out and worked late with his partner. I was so grateful to not have to wait another day. My kids and I were relieved to say the least! I would absolutely call them again in the future.

Shane and his crew did an excellent job with a rather complicated and lengthy task. They kept us informed throughout the process and thoroughly explained what they diagnosed, and several options to address the problem areas. They were friendly, polite, professional. They also did a good job cleaning up after they were finished.

Hunter and Nate did the most thorough HVAC services I have ever witnessed! Their attention to detail, excellent service, and outstanding professionalism are exceptional. I highly recommend them!
Anthony was very knowledgeable and helped explain the issues our HVAC system was having. He was honest and helped us make the decision that was best for us at this time. I won’t be calling anyone else to service my system. Also, they have amazing customer service, I was updated by text as to how soon they would be able to get to me. I was even called after service to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. Great team!!

Today's service was excellent in every way! Jon was knowledgeable, helpful, fair, and expeditious in his work.
I think they were great! They explained everything so that I could understand. They went and checked just to make sure there was not any leaks from any of the sinks and toilets. They put in a bew hot water heater. They were very accommodating. I would recommend them.
Mitch was super helpful with getting my water heater replaced! He was very informational & relayed all options between myself & landlord, since I’m renting. He even took a quick look at my refrigerator that’s been leaking. He went above expectations for the job & has great professionalism, would give more stars if I could!
GoGreen gets no stars from us. Salesman was here Monday June 24 to quote for replacing our system that died the previous weekend. We were told they would be here the next Monday, July 1, to install the new system. We agreed to the price on that basis. My husband is 81 with MS, I'm 65 with insulin dependent diabetes, glaucoma, high blood pressure and other problems - needless to say suffering in this heat is not doing us any favors. We called GoGreen last Friday June 28 to confirm the time they would arrive on Monday July 1. We were shocked to be told the earliest they could install the new system would be Friday July 5! GoGreen has done nothing, and we already have lost all confidence in them. We are talking to other companies, but had already put the job off for the week based on the salesman's July 1 install date - now we are trying to get someone to install a new system during a holiday week. I can't tell you how upset we are at the lack of concern for two seniors living in this heat. We did eventually buy a portable air conditioner which at least cools one room. I had to get a smaller unit as at 65 y/o and 4'11" I can't pick up a window a/c from the floor to the window. Extremely disappointed in Go Green and would not recommend them to anyone.
Very sorry that you felt this way. We offered to bring you in two portable units the exact same day that you called us, and we were going to set them all up for you. You denied them, and said you had your own. We gave you the pricing on July 1st, got your approval on July 2nd, ordered the equipment, which did not get delivered until the afternoon of July 3rd, and did the install on July 5th. We tried very hard to exceed your expectations. We also have 5 different recorded phone calls of our office trying to get a time set up with you for us to go out and provide you with temporary units. We are very sorry you feel as though we had no concern, we really did try our best to be as accommodating as possible. We also still installed and provided you with a 5 star service, despite the fact that you left us this review prior to us completing all of the requested work.
Thank you for the reply. Yes you did offer portable a/c units to us, but based on the salesman's install date of July 1, didn't feel we needed them for only 4 days. When GG notified us on Monday July 1, the original install date quoted, that the install wouldn't be until Friday July 5, 8 days later than the original 4 we were quoted, we had to do something to keep ourselves cool. Oddly your reply states the equipment didn't arrive until July 3. Odd because we were told you rearranged your schedule and the install was completed on Tuesday July 2. Unfortunately the system quit working within 24 hours, Anthony had to come out the evening of Wednesday July 3 and found the installer had routed the outdoor drain incorrectly to the interior drain, which when full will shut down the system to avoid flooding the house. Anthony was able to rectify this situation quickly and the unit has been working fine since then. GG installed only a day late, so I would recommend them with reservations.
