I booked a pick up for my daughter from HNL to her hotel My daughter arrived, went to baggage claim, got her bags and headed to where it said shuttle pick up The shuttle we reserved sent absolutely no directions as to where or how to find them After waiting over minutes she tried calling the number listed and could not get through I then started calling, After holding minutes was told I had to call a different number, called that number and they were the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life They then attempted to transfer me to another place, call did not go through I repeated this and this time the call to dispatch went through The dispatcher was the ONLY polite person I talked to However by this time my daughter had gotten an [redacted] and was on her way to her hotel I contacted the company and requested a refund of which they refuse to givethey stated that my daughter did not follow their arrival instructions I have reviewed the emails to and from them and gone to their webpage again and still cannot find any arrival instructions I would NEVER use this service, it is one thing to have communication issues, but being rude to customers is another And then refusing to make things right by refunding the money just makes it worse

I have paid for the round trip from and to the HNL airporton the return, driver arrived @5:in the morning and the scheduled time was 6:00, he called me and I told him we were walking out and be down in minutes, he answered "I am not going to wait" and hung up the phone and leftI tried calling him several times, even left a message, but he didn't pick upAs a result I had to take an [redacted] and pay $to get to the airportI request that I get reimbursed for that amount in full

Complaint: [redacted] I was not at the pick up location because our scheduled pick up time was at am NOT am and they did not show upInstead the driver called yelling at me, saying he will not wait or come back and hung up on meThis is when I called the manager who said to call him back minutes prior to am with my locationWhen I called the manager back (after several times and several texts messages later) he told me to catch a taxi and said he did not have to refund me my money.I still have the text messages from him as proofI also have my confirmation email from the company with all the details, i***uding the pick up time and locationI don't believe this is resolved until my refund is receivedI also do not appreciate the response - they made a mistake and they really should own it I nearly missed my flight because of their errorI just hope this does not happen to another person.Sincerely, [redacted]

I made reservations and paid for round trip shuttle services for dates 06/08/(arrival) and 06/18/(departure), but only received services for one way (arrival)I i***uded the required details for arrival and departure as well as piand drop off locations, but the driver showed up early (at am) on the date of my departure (6/18/16)I was not at the location when he arrived because I did not expect him to come until amHe called and said he will not wait or return at the time requestedI called back and spoke with Mike or Michael, the owner, who said that it will not be a problem and I will be picked up - he asked me to call him back minutes prior to my pick up time, which was at amWhen I called back (at 10:am), he said he had to search for a driver and asked me to send him my confirmation emailI called him multiple times and texted him because it was getting closer to am and I still did not have a ride He finally said he had no drivers available

This shuttle service is so awesome! It started off when I called last minute at about am and I was treated with the utmost respect,even though it was at that late hour.I was currently trying to work out my flight situation and everything due to booking last minute for a flight a few hours outI must have called them back times to ask questions and get a little guidance on what to do and man, were they patient with me! Not once did they lose their superb customer service through the entire time until I bookedThey were so accommodating and got me on the next shuttle out .If I'm ever in Honolulu again and in need of a shuttle, I know where to go! Thumbs up for Go Hawaii Shuttle!

I frequently take shuttles, but my recent experience with Go Hawaii Shuttle was the best ever!Communication via email and text before piwas clear and timely, and pricing was fairSnacks, water, and a very friendly driver made my ride fun and interestingI'll be back!

Fantastic Shuttle Service!! Reservations are easy to do online and the staff is friendly.The most important aspect is that they are on time with both pick up and drop off schedules which is key when traveling for business.The prices for the service are also another reason why I will only use this resourceI highly recommend Go Hawaii Shuttle!

I was not at the pick up location because our scheduled pick up time was at 11 am NOT 9 am and they did not show up. Instead the driver called yelling at me, saying he will not wait or come back and hung up on me. This is when I called the manager who said to call him back 30 minutes prior to 11 am with my location. When I called the manager back (after several times and several texts messages later) he told me to catch a taxi and said he did not have to refund me my money.I still have the text messages from him as proof.
