They installed a humidifier to my brand new home and it won’t stop trickling. It sounds like a top that’s been left on and they installed it in February of this year and I’ve tried calling them back. The receptionist said that she talk to the installer but she couldn’t get the installer to call me back and she said that the trickling would stop in a few days but it hasn’t stopped. I just got a water bill today for $343 which is outrageous. I tried calling them all morning and their phone is off and it’s states we are unavailable at this time. This is so frustrating and I don’t believe this company is very reputable and worthy of my money. Do not use this company to install anything in your house or you will regret it.
Got a *** with GoHeating and it took me 6 calls over 3 months to try to get an appointment before I canceled it. I talked with the receptionist each time who was nice enough but I never got a call back. I got a refund through ***. Never again.
The marketing coupons that were posted on line were put out in error and are in a refund state per the original marketing group. All coupons of this nature were given 100% full refunds.
It's not a good sign for a business when the customer has to go to Revdex.com to get a response from them. And I didn't get the refund from Go Heating - I initiated the refund from the coupon marketer.
