Review: I purchased a Go Home Ltd. product: the Vinyard dining room table made of reclaimed wood at a cost of approximately $2300 dollars from the Sea Star boutique in [redacted].

After a few months of using the table, it no longer closes correctly on top and does not properly attach to the pedestal, making the table completely unusable and a safety hazard.

I contacted Go Home in February. After weeks of emails, I was told the problem was the weather. That the heat in my house caused the table to warp. I responded, saying I thought that was ridiculous, that the heat would not have caused the issue with the table top no longer being secured to the pedestal.

Weeks went by with no response, until I got a call from [redacted], one of GO Home's [redacted] who told me: it is not their problem because they are the wholesaler, again he told me to wait several more months to see if the table fixed itself with the cooler weather, and "no promises" they may have a workman available in April in NJ. But I would have to pay $150 an hour....and "no promises" they might be able to send him to me. I did what they said. I waited. I dismantled the table and have been eating at a folding table for months. Nothing changed. I emailed them weeks ago, to find out if they would send the repairman....no response.

The table is made of reclaimed French gates. It is an artisanal product. They are unwilling to admit this table may be defective...or do anything to help me fix it. They make the table, they sell the table to stores....the table is completely unusable. If the table was so sensitive that keeping it in house at 67 degrees would cause it to warp, it should have come with a warning label.

GO HOME has ben unapologetic, unhelpful and beyond slow to respond to me.Desired Settlement: Honestly, after all of this I now feel that they should replace the table completely and send me a new one. At the very least they should send their carpenter who knows how to repair this table to my house and fix the table at their expense.
