Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they told me they sent the cheque out on friday may it is currently may still no cheque either they have not sent the cheque or maybe it acually usually from spruce grove to drayton valley mail should be here in to days its been weeks incase for some reason they got the wrong address imy adress is 47th ave drayton valley alberta t7a 1kim sure they will make something up about not having the right address also I did not rush amanda to make my bill only had been hours doing a four hour job and did not tell me untill 5pm that they had taken it to edmonton Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern,On April 11th at 9:03am in the morning, [redacted] dropped his vehicle at our facility, Spruce Grove Hyundai, for a one-way remote starter special that we had offered, for a value of $plus shop charge and tax.We provided him with a courtesy vehicle so that he may be mobile for the duration of the serviceHis vehicle was then sent to another store, Northstar Hyundai, to have the remote starter installed, as our own in-house installer was on vacation[redacted] contacted us in the early afternoon inquiring about the status of his vehicle, and the service advisor, Amanda M***, notified him that the install was still being performed and was not at our location for service, and that he should stay in the loaner vehicle until his vehicle had returned.Mr [redacted] arrived back at our dealership around 4pm and was notified that his car was still at Northstar Hyundai, but that someone had been sent to pick up the vehicleHe stated that he'd prefer to wait in our waiting area until the vehicle returned.When it finally did return, Mr [redacted] stated that he needed to he on his way, so we were unable to send his vehicle to our detail bay for a courtesy cleanWhen the service advisor completed the bill, in her haste a mistake was made and the $discount was not applied to the remote starter billMr [redacted] paid the bill and left.Two days later, he contacted the store and spoke with the service manager, who agreed to credit him the difference via chequeThe total dollar amount equated to $A request was made to accounting the same day and then began processingOn Wednesday May 3', Mr [redacted] contacted the service manager again to notify him that he had still not received any cheque in the mailThe service manager notified him that he would check in with accounting to see the status of thy cheque request, and call him back once he had informationOn Thursday May 4th, the service manager was not scheduled in due to an event he had scheduled to attendOn Friday May 5th, the service manager attempted to contact [redacted] and received no answer, so he left a message asking him to quickly confirm his address as the cheque had been approved and written that very same dayWe did not receive a call back from [redacted] to confirm his addressWe were able to confirm his address through his customer profile in our database, and so the cheque was sent out that day, Friday May 5th, which we also notified him of.On Friday, May 12th, We emailed out to him a photocopy of the cheque, dated and signed, as confirmation that it has been written and sent

On Thursday May 4th, the service manager was not scheduled in due to an event he had scheduled to attend. On Friday May 5th, the service manager attempted to contact [redacted] and received no answer, so he left a message asking him to quickly confirm his address as the cheque had been approved and written that very same day.
