Review: I left a review about the company and [redacted] procceded to call me and try to get smart with me about the review instead of fixing the problem. he also stated that he would be cancelling the rides I have scheduled for my school until the end of the school yr. I am extremely upset about the way he talked to me and addressed me.Desired Settlement: what I would like as the resolution is that he continues the service for my son for the days I need.

This customer’s complaint arose because she made several inaccurate assumptions about our company’s transportation policies, then refused to accept them once they were explained. Her assumptions were inaccurate even though she'd acknowledged her awareness and acceptance of our policies in writing, twice, before we began service: once on 04/02/15 when she submitted a registration form, and again on 04/03/15 when she submitted a credit/debit card authorization form. We'd also e-mailed her a copy of our policies on 04/24/15. Please see the highlighted attachments, and the copied e-mail, below.I spoke with her at some point, in an attempt to explain our policies and how they related to her situation. The explanation was not accepted. Some time after our conversation, she chose to write a negative review and submit it to the Revdex.com.In the review, the customer expressed her strong dislike for me, said she didn’t want to work with us, and would never recommend us. Given the level of her dissatisfaction, I called the customer to find and expedite a resolution; I called because she'd provided her phone number on the registration form she signed and submitted. Unfortunately, the customer remained dissatisfied. As a result, I offered to forgive her outstanding debt of $174.00 and cancel the service. The customer accepted the offer.J. C.
