I received a new car battery from GoMiata that was dead on arrival. Upon receipt, it showed 11.7 v and would not take a charge. I got an authorization to return from GoMiata but had trouble getting through to them that the battery is defective. I made sure that info was included in my email requesting a return authorization. They were insistent that the battery return would be accepted if it was new without any marks, so it could be re-sold. I returned the battery in the original shipping box and was informed by GoMiata that the battery was damaged and would not be accepted since it wasn't suitable for re-sale. They said part of the battery hold down was damaged. They offered a partial credit or return of the battery. I have pics showing good condition when I sent it back to them but damage during shipping is a moot point since the battery is defective and will not take a charge. I need a functional battery. I have not been offered a functional battery nor a refund.

I needed the top door card sills for my 1990 Mazda Miata their was a pair for $165 and Next to that was one for $124 tho pictures looked identical but one had red stitching. As I was redoing the interior in Red and Black I took the less pricey option that matched better. Three weeks later I get two stitched leather pieces. I contacted Go Miata and got a rude young man who wasn't sure what their return policy on the product was and told me he'd get back to me. Do your self a BIG favor do not do business with Go Miata!

Review: Go Miata fraudulently represented fitness for purpose of their product and availability. Withheld portion of refund and caused further return expenses

On 11-18-13 I placed an order for Fender flares from Go Miata. The website claimed they were in stock and also claimed they were suitable for my vehicle. My credit card was charged on that day. I tried to contact Go Miata and few days after order placed and no response after a couple of messages. I finally got hold of a rep named [redacted] and he said he would investigate and call me back. He did not. I had to call him back a few days later and he said the product was not in stock. I didn't receive the product until 12-8-13. Upon inspection I found the product did not fit my vehicle at all. They are fender flares and each flare was the exact same shape and size. They could in now way fit as the from and rear fender wheel arches are completely different. When I called GoMiata they acted as if it was my fault asking if I had ever installed something like this before. This contempt followed with them through to the partial refund. I returned the product with their RGA paperworkd and they received product on 12-18-13. I did not receive anything from them and sent an email on 12-31-13. Two days later I get an email fro [redacted] saying they received the product and inspected and found nothing wrong. He said I would only get refund for the product and not the shipping. They owe me a full refund. They misrepresented both the products fitness for purpose and the "in stock" status billing my credit card immediately and using my money to finance their business operations. I should also mention they required me to spend another $17 on return shipping for a product that was misrepresented by them. Below is a copy of the invoice details.

They have promised a 100% refund and make absolutely no claim for deducting shipping costs.

They have refunded $299.95 to me only as of 1-4-13 more than 2 weeks after receiving the returned goods. ThiDesired Settlement: I expect Go Miata to issue me a full refund of $339.90 plus $17.89 return shipping charges to my credit card used in relation to this purchase. This is a matter of principle now and unless this is resolved by Go Miata I will be contacting federal authorities claiming mail and wire fraud violation under the RICO act.

Go Miata are not interested in customer satisfaction as they claim but only in their profits through misrepresentation.

there crooked I talked to someone when I ordered striker plates for my miata the person I was speaking to didn't tell me the plate didn't tell me the bolts didn't come with the strikers I called back and they said they were not included and asked if I wanted to order them then I found out I over paid for the item and others sellng the item includes the bolts for less money I still haven't tried them to see if the fit im looking for the bolts they didn't send and refuse to buy anything from these crooks I refuse to buy anything from these cheats an liars do your self a favor look around stay away from them they are sneak

I placed an order for 5Zigen headers and Roadstersport exhaust which it claimed were both in stock. 5 days later I get an email saying that I need to pay an additional $300 in shipping because the headers had to come in from Japan. When I them back to say that the website states that it is in stock, I was told "It is, it's just that 5Zigen keeps them in their warehouse." There is a big difference between available and in stock and attempting to charge an extra $300 is insane and fraudulent, especially given the fact that at the top of their website it says free shipping on orders over $700, my order was for over $900.
