We have a policy at our location that we can not be responsible for a customer phone that they bring into our store to active. We can set up an account and activate a plan. Some customer might have a phone that is blacklisted from the carrier that they are leaving we would not have any knowledge of...

such. The customer is required to know the history of there phone that they desire to get service on at our location. The customer after we set up the account and activated the simcard for service wanted a refund after he discovered that his personal phone he tried to activated was block by the network. Our signage states we can not be responsible for their damaged or bad account phone. Please advise how we can get the negative comment off our business name.[redacted] Capitol Heights, MD [redacted]. Seriously !!?? What a joke of a response. Do you think I, or anybody , in their right mind would purchase a car needing more money in repairs than whats its worth!!?? I went to Stoermer for his professional advise on the car BEFORE I purchased it. He always said he would take care of the engine as promised to the previous owner. He always refered to the car as "a solid car" not a "basket case" as he so stated. His fabricated three page essay makes no sense. Says that I said to take "short cuts" - really!!?? Why would I tell hime to fix all the cooling system? Even his final statement of "no phone calls recieved" prior to or after Nov 2013 - I have my cell phone records showing no less than 80 calls to him!! He needs to stop lying and "man up". Even his statement of "normal for a 1999 Porsche engine to have leaks and rattles" proves he did not rebuild the engine as promised in my estimate. NOT normal for a rebuilt engine as new seals, gaskets and worn out internal parts are replaced- he just admited to his own guilt and installing a different engine WITHOUT my approval - again, why would I want a used engine with nothing done to it!!?? How many miles were on this engine? Get real!! Keeps talking about bringing in my own parts, all I brought in was a new water pump (Genuine Porsche part - not aftermarket like his was) and thermostat - only because I wanted new, not used parts as he's been putting in my car all this time. He needs to get his facts straight.
