We understand that Mrs*** is very frustrated and has not been able to receive the scooter she needs for her mobilityWe genuinely empathize with her and we have been trying for many months to get the situation resolved and completed with the DOL and *** (which is the acting
entity for the claim and billing)We have unfortunately faced numerous bureaucratic obstacles along thewayEach time we speak with a representative at *** you are told something contradictory to the last time we spoke with themWe are told that we need to submit an additional or different form and then to wait for 5-business days until it is received and entered into their systemThis has been the patternthroughout the process. In regard to Mrs*** allegation regarding fraud, we have done everything we have been instructed to do by each representative we have spoken toI have personally contacted *** countless times following up and trying to resolve this and get everything finalizedWe have furthermore spoken with Mrs*** many times by phone trying to be as transparent and honest as possible explaining to her exactly what the issue was we have been working on or waiting for at that timeSadly we are fully aware Mrs***, like us, has been caught in a bureaucratic maze and therefore unable to get the mobility she so needsWe will continue to do everything we can to get this remedied and finalized as soon as possibleHowever,we completely understand if Mrs*** chooses to procure her scooter from another establishmentThe most important thing is for her to have her mobility

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I have no problem when I call and speak to the *** company regarding Go Mobility/my scooter. I have made numerous calls to them regarding if Go Mobility has contacted them and they state "NO". The Revdex.com can confirm what I've stated by call *** They will tell you the company in question Go Mobility has not contacted them. I have also spoke with *** regarding them processing for payment. I've been told by them they cannot do anything; it "has" to be Go Mobility to contact them. Also, they state the company Go Mobility was suppose to send me my scooter and "then" and only "then" were they to submit for payment. It is the company Go Mobility who has submitted for payment earlier and was approved for payment but it was sent to some "different" GO Mobility and had to be taken back by ***. I thought there was only one Go Mobility. I am going to try and upload *** payment showing how it was "PAID" AND DENIED". So it is definitely NOT *** who is holding up for me getting my scooter, it's Go Mobility. I've tried to upload the data showing but their system is not working at the present time, as soon as it comes up I will try and again and send it to you. Also if Go Mobility says they have to wait days every time they state they send them something don't you think they would have it right because it's been since November of 2014!Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  The [redacted] company can be called and they will tell you just the opposite.  If they received payment once already and a check was sent to "Go Mobility", how hard would it be to contact them and give them your "correct" address so [redacted] could send out another payment to them.  Once again, the company was supposed to send me the scooter and then bill for payment.  I never received the scooter, I'm handicapped and instead of them lying to me over and over telling me they were working with the [redacted], after all if OWCP made 1 payment to GO Mobility but the payment went to a different Go Mobility and I always thought there was only 1 Go Mobility company.  Why would I continuously wait that many months had they been truthful.  What's the "real" reason they couldn't get paid? Maybe I could have found someone else, but they kept lying to me telling me they've been trying to get payment by calling them and the people were rude, they had to wait a long time on the phone and they didn't have that kind of time to spend on a call, [redacted] was always kind and considerate to me, why would they be treated any different?  You can contact [redacted], they will show you the actual copy of where "Go Mobility" was paid and the payment was taken back because it didn't go to them, they must have put the wrong address when they submitted for payment.  I still can't figure out how you could get something right the first time and get payment, yet it wasn't the correct address.  I always thought there was 1 Go Mobility company, it's there mistake and they should have corrected it instead of leaving a disabled person on the line that they were getting it corrected and never did.  In there last response they were going to fix this problem, how hard is it to correct your address...  Sincerely,[redacted]

Once again we have contacted [redacted] on numerous occasions speaking with literally dozens of different representatives trying to get them everything they need and resolve this. Each call should be clearly documented. We simply cannot ship out a scooter to Mrs. [redacted] without first receiving payment. This has already been explained to Mrs. [redacted] clearly over the phone. At this point we have exhausted all our options trying to get the payment finalized to no avail and unfortunately cannot help the customer. We have done everything we could on our end and recommend Mrs. [redacted] to pursue the purchase of her scooter through another means with hopefully more success. We sincerely wish Mrs. [redacted] all the best.
