08/08/ To whom it may concern, We received a letter from Revdex.com regarding to a customer’s ( [redacted] ) complaint (ID of [redacted] ) about our servicesOn the day of the incident, this client ordered Togo from our restaurantAfter the food was delivered, we received a phone call from this customer saying there was a dish that was missingI was sure nothing was missingI went to confirm with the chef and the person who packaged the TogoWe were all sure that we packed all the dishes in that orderAfter awhile, we received a second phone call from this same customer saying there was a strand of hair in one of the dishes and asking for a refund in cashThis person paid with credit card, so we were not able to give her refund in cashI personally drove to her house and wanted to inspect the food to see if there was really strand of hair before I could refund back to herWhen I arrived, I knocked on the door and called this customer multiple times trying to resolve the issue, but there was no response and no one opened the doorThere was nothing I can do but to leave We tried our best to resolve the issue with the customer on the dayI am sorry that the customer was not satisfied with our serviceWe would like to settle with the customer but on the day of the incident we went to her home, trying to resolve the issue and also refund her money back in exchange back for our foodBut she did not show us the food and did not respond to us when we arrived to her homeTherefore, we are not able to refund the money to her Thank You Best Regards, [redacted] Owner

complaint (ID of [redacted]) about our services. On the day of the incident, this client ordered Togo from our restaurant. After the food was delivered, we received a phone call from this customer saying there was a dish that was missing. I was sure nothing was missing. We tried our best to resolve the issue with the customer on the day. I am sorry that the customer was not satisfied with our service. Review: On 7/2/2014 I placed an order for deliver at my workplace in Newport Beach. We did receive our food and when I eating my food I found a hair in my food. So I called the place and let them know that I found a hair and she said that I was lying and hung up on me. I called back again and explained to her again the situation and she would not let me speak and then said that a customer walked in and hung up on me again. When I tried to call back she would not answer. I called from my co workers cell phone, she answered but would not let me talk and said I had anger issues and hung up on me again. All I wanted was to inform them about the hair I found in my food. I have ordered from them a few times and have not had any complaints but today she was so rude and unprofessional. I am very upset and discussed with this place. I have worked in a kitchen for several years and I have my food handlers license and I know that when proper kitchen attire is worn thing like this do not happen. Her customer service was horrible I couldn't even explain what had happened because she kept hanging up on me. She told me to call the cops if I did not like their service this lady was unbelievable. My co worker even tried talking to her and could not get a word in, the lady that kept answering the phone said that they had never had a complaint like that so we were lying. I am very,very,very upset and will most definitely not be using their services again!Desired Settlement: I want the full amount that I paid back which was $45.05.
