Review: Paid GoNation to develop a website for us. The website was not completed by the date we were told it would be. After reaching out to them several times, we finally receive a mock-up of the website they had "developed" for us. Not only was it unacceptably late, it looked horrendous. It resembled a free template that someone with no knowledge of web development threw together at the last minute. We had asked GoNation to use the pictures from our current website, but instead they used bad stock photos. Contacted business owner in regards to getting refunded the money we paid. We were told a refund was on its way over a month ago. GoNation is now ignoring our calls and e-mails. Very poor customer service. I am still waiting for a refund.Desired Settlement: Refunded payment

Review: GoNations was hired to develop a website for our restaurant that we are developing into a national chain. We were told upon signing a contract with that they would develop a finalized customized website within four weeks. Not only did they not develop a customized website but after 90 days of chasing and hearing continuous excuses, the website has not been developed or completed. After continuous complaints, when asked for a refund they refused. I do not recommend any business or company to utilize GoNation for their web needs. They were the worst company to deal with during my 25 years of business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I would like to see GoNation step up to the plate and give a refund for a product they did not produce like promised.

Review: We hired Go Nation to do our website. We were promised this site to be done "in a few weeks" It was not and not even the stuff they sent us looked like it was done by a professional. They failed to return phone calls and when they finally said they would refund our money they lied and never delivered the check. We were told it went out in the mail a week earlier but since we didn't get it they would hand deliver one. They never did. That was 2 months ago and they will now not return our calls.Desired Settlement: For my money to be refunded.
