This has been taken care of. Customer admitted that she can't prove who's fault it is. We did step up on this and gave her $250 towards...
fixing the repair. The cheque was done up Oct 19th. She emailed us the estimate on her vehicle, and she is satisfied that we came to the party and gave her the cheque. All handled.
