just a battery issue and replaced the battery. customer was still hesitant at taking vehicle so I located my service manager to give a better reason as to why this happens. (vehicles sit on lot for months at a time sometimes without being started) after battery was replaced and customer was explained the issue was resolved and the vehicle has since not had any other issue. We can not take back a vehicle for a battery issue as we explained to the customer as it was a simple warranty issue that is now resolved. while the customer vehicle was being looked at we also gave them a loaner vehicle and recleaned the murano. I have since reached out to the customer to make sure everything is ok, but with nothing but negative aggressive conversation in return.let me know if I can do anything else to help.
