I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have not received a satisfactory resolution.  I did speak with [redacted] whose name/number was provided in the response from the business to Revdex.com.  I provided Sam with details of what had happened & the resolution I was looking for.  She told me she would meet with her team, then follow up with a return phone call to me yesterday (Monday, 1/16/17).  She did not call on 1/16/17.  I just called her today, Tuesday 1/17/17 - left voice mail.  As of now, I'm not aware of any settlement offer.  Wanted to respond within your required 5 day period.
