Go Real Europe

Go Real Europe was a life saver! We went on a 2 week vacation to Vienna, Budapest, Prague, and Berlin and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. As this was a last minute trip, I was searching for itinerary ideas and stumbled upon this website (So glad that I did). Go Real Europe allowed for a stress free vacation by providing us with detailed maps, step-by-step self guided tour instructions, and knowledgeable private tour guides. All of our tour guides were excellent and passionate about their respective cities (we especially enjoyed the bike tour in Berlin and the tour we had in Vienna). Instructions also provided detailed description of train stations that made travel between the cities so easy!
We travelled to these cities during the refugee crisis that resulted in unexpected last minute cancellation of our Munich to Vienna train (eventually causing a 3 hr delay in reaching Vienna). I was impressed that [redacted] was notified of this and he apologized over the phone for the inconvenience (no fault of his, as this was a last minute cancellation).
All the hotels were centrally located and easy walking distance to landmarks. Only negative experience was the hotel room in Berlin was extremely small (couldn't change the room because hotel was completely booked).
