Mr*** contracted us to introduce him to ladies who are members of our service who, in our opinion, most closely fit his profile requests. Of course, we have the same responsibility to the ladies. This is clearly disclosed in the executed contract as well as the important facts sheet covered with Mr*** the day he joined. One of his many requests was for women between the ages of and 60, but he indicated that he was flexible on that age range. Mr*** is 64. He has been matched with women who are 61, 62, 60, 55, and in that order. We have taken his feedback after each match to learn more about him and what he is looking for in order to better match him. On the contrary to his claim that feedback is not a condition for us to match him, feedback is clearly a condition for us to provide him with a new match. We cover this fact extensively. Both the contract and the important facts sheet clearly state that we do not look for a new match until we receive feedback on the last match. Mr*** received his last match on 1/30/18. We have yet to receive feedback on this match. On March 26th we sent Mr*** a reminder email to call with feedback. We have yet to hear from him. We suggest that Mr*** reach out to our team and express his concerns to our team and create a plan to move forward with his relationship goals in mindWe will look forward to moving forward with the matchmaking process upon our receipt of feedback from his last match

We are sorry to her that Ms*** is not satisfied with her membershipWe are working with her to resolve her concerns. Our Matchmaking firm does everything in it's power to match clients with other members who fit as many of their requests as possibleAs it states in the paperwork she signed
and initialed upon enrollment, our matchmakers will select matches with available members who, in their opinion, most closely fit her requestsShe has the option to accept or decline any match we call her with.We are currently working with her to find suitable matches including her request to meet men over 6' tallOn March 15, we offered her a match that was not only 6' tall but also extremely successful and well educatedShe approved of the match and has decided to move forward with her membership.Unfortunately, Ms***'s membership is past her cancellation point and is not eligible for a refundWe would like to ask that Ms*** be patient with us as we search very hard for the man that meets as many of her criteria as possible, including 6' or taller

On 11/24/15, I received a call from *** at XXX-XXX-XXXXI returned her call on 11/25/@ around She informed me that she has some matches for meI declined her offer for more matches and told her that I have been extremely unhappy with the service they have provided and that I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.comShe said she had nothing to do with that and that customer relations would be handling my complaint

Our contract is clear that we cannot and do not guarantee any specific number of introductions in any specific time frameWe guaranteed this client eight introductions and we stand ready, willing, and able to provide her with all eight introductions

They breached their customer service contract when they would not return my calls and I did not hear from them for over six monthsThey only recently contacted me to set me up on further dates because I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comDeciding to choose their services was not easy emotionally or financially and then to be treated so poorly was poor business practiceWhen you choose to help someone find a life partner, it is a very personal emotional thing and should not be taken lightlyI opened myself up to their services and they did not provide what they said they wouldThey may say in their response that they do not "guarantee a specific number of introductions in any specific time frame" but they actually doThey specify that once you call them to tell them how your last introduction goes, if you ask them to continue to search for you, you will here back from them within two to three weeks with a new matchI called and gave them feedback on my last introduction and told them to continue searchingI then played phone tag a couple of times with my matcher and then called numerous times and left messages for my matcher with the phone attendant to call meI did not hear backMy matcher changed three times in a short amount of time and I rarely heard from them as it wasThe excuse I was always given was that they are undergoing a lot of change right now and to bear with themI tried to be understanding but after not getting my calls returned and not hearing from anyone for over six months until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, I decided that their business practices should be addressedI do not accept their offer to provide me with my remaining introductions

We would be more than happy to assist Mr*** in his relationship goalsHowever, we have not heard from him regarding his most recent matches provided on January and February 5. As it states in the Important Fact Sheet that Mr*** signed upon enrollment, our clients are
responsible for providing feedback after each dateFeedback allows the matchmaking team to fine tune matches and will assume another match is not needed if we do not hear back from our client and will place the account inactive until such feedback is given. At this point, Mr*** has received of his contracted introductionsHis cancellation window has passed and his account is not eligible for a refundWe would like to encourage him to reach out our matchmaking team, provide feedback on the most recent matches and communicate his feelings about his membership so that we can work with him to resolve his concerns

I am rejecting this response because: I paid for them to supply me with matches between and yrs old, this was my condition and what I paid for, they have not provided me with anyone between and 60. Also, my feedback is not a condition for themto provide me with a satisfactory matchWhat difference does it make, they should provide me with the best possible matchesI have never met or talked to the people making the matchThey did not give me honest information when I signed the contract,and could possibly be construed as fraud

I am rejecting this response because:
This claim is not just about them providing matches (or lack thereof), it is about their poor and/or lack of communicationThey did not advise any specifics regarding a hold period, yet somehow I had four months of hold period to now I have less than a month because they couldn’t find ONE man in their database that matched my criteria (being 6’ tall) Let’s face it, they lied when signing me up and stated they had a robust database but took them almost months to find one man that was 6’This service was almost $and a complete waste to dateThe ONLY reason I stated yes to the recent match is to try and recoup some of my costThey would not allow me to speak to a manager to even voice my concernI was shut down repeatedly by one of the matchmakers because she wouldn’t listen to what I had to sayThe conversation ended by her hanging up on meThis business is shoddy, lacks professionalism, has zero communication skills and advertises to be something they definitely are notI want to ensure no other woman signs up only to be disappointed when they literally have NO one to match them with.

Hold time is clearly defined on the face of the executed contract.  It shows that Ms. [redacted]'s membership included four months of hold time and defines what hold time is.  We will have a member of our management team reach out to Ms. [redacted] to assist her.

We are very eager to work with Ms. [redacted] to resolve her membership concerns. Our company dedicates a substantial amount of time and resources into providing a safe place for singles to meet other relationship minded singles.

have not been able to provide any services to Ms. [redacted] because she requested to place her membership inactive on [redacted] We sent Ms. [redacted] a confirmation of this hold request via email and in our email, we reminded her that she had 12 months of inactive hold time to use. She confirmed this on [redacted] by emailing "please place my membership on hold". We have not heard from her since then. As our paperwork states, our membership was specifically designed to utilize our client's feedback after their dates to improve each match. We are unable to be successful if our client is not using our program.
At this time, Ms. [redacted]'s membership has lapsed and by contract is expired, therefor not eligible for cancellation or refund. We would be more than happy to extend Ms. [redacted]'s remaining matches to her on a complimentary basis. We will reach out to her to see how she would like to proceed.
