Spent good money on a set of nerf bar type steps for my toyota tundra. They are a year and a half old and I might as well remove them and throw them in my scrap pile. I paid the better part of $500 for a set of step bars, they are a year and a half old and I don't know what they coat them with but I might as well take them off and scrap them. I bought them new, put them on a 40k truck and within a year they are so bad finish wise and structural wise, I just can't believe it.

Review: I purchased a set of Rhino Dominator side steps in black. They are less than a year old and they are already chipping and rusting (on both sides). The company advertises a five year warranty guarantee this product against these defects,. I have sent in the information including photographs on May 9th, 2015 to [redacted]. I have since call twice looking for an update. I have not received a response.Desired Settlement: Honour the advertised warranty and send me replacement side steps.

Review: I ordered a set of step bars and they passenger side step rail had a dent. I called go rhino and talk to the receptionist and she said they would warranty it and to email their warranty department. I emailed the warranty department and I sent an email to [redacted] in the warranty department on February 6th. I never heard anything from the warranty department so I sent another email on Feb. 13. I received an email back and they said they would send out a replacement on 2/23. I had not seen or heard anything about the step rail. So I emailed them again on March 10th to find out when the step rail would be sent out. I still have not heard anything from the warranty department or [redacted]. These were brand new step rails for my truck that came damaged. If I would have known that they would not have been replaced I would have just sent both back for a refund.Desired Settlement: I want the step rail replaced like I was told they would do. I also want a discount refunded back for the hassle and the run around that go rhino has given me.
