My name is Dean G*** and I have been forwarded this complaint to look into(***)So far actions taken have been tring to reach *** ***I have looked into the repairs required for MR***s trailer and are all valid and covered under the manufactures warrantyWhen I received
the complaint I tried to call MR*** and left him a voice message with my cell phone number to call backI have since tried to call 2 more timesI wanted to hear all his concerns before talking to the service departmentI have spoken with my Service manager and adviser and they have both tried to call MR*** and my adviser has also sent him an email with no reply. My position with GO RV and Marine is Operations ManagerIm more than willing to help MR*** with any repairs required to be done on his trailerI can be reached anytime at ###-###-####

I have spoken to [redacted] as per his complaints. I mentioned to [redacted] we would do whatever we needed to do to repair his trailer. The trailer is useable to go camping with putting a few staples in the bedroom wall panel to re-secure. I told [redacted] that we would go and pick up his trailer and deliver to Consort Alberta when the repairs were done. When we left off he wouldn't give me answer as to if he wanted the trailer repaired. He said he hasn't been making the payment and that the bank can come and pick it up. Again we will gladly fix the trailer if given the opportunity.

I am rejecting this response because:I receiveed one phonescall/voicemail from dean on Friday Sept 7 saying he wanted to hear our issues and see what he can do to help but wouldn't be in the office again until the following Monday. Gave him a call the following Wednesday as my work didn't have the greatest reception earlier in the week. Spoke with Dean and told him the issues and what we hoped could happen. He said he would bend over backwards to help us out and would get back to us. Haven't heard from him or anyone else. Never received any other phone call or email or correspondence from Dean or anyone else. Just the one voicemail and our call back to him.
