later he opened an [redacted] dispute about a broken item.  We have 30 days return period, which stated in our return policy. During that period of time we do accept returns. After 30 days return period the buyer should contact the manufacturer [redacted] and claim manufacturer's insurance according to their return policy.Sincerely,GoShot Camera

Review: I purchased a tripod/cellphone holder from this business using [redacted]. This website service offers products on [redacted] along with there own website service. The purchased item broke shortly after the purchase was made. I contacted this service to ask for a discount on a replacement. The service not only ignored my request, they blocked me from there [redacted] service. I had to open a new [redacted] account, and purchase another item to try to get customer support. This service has ripped me off, and refuse to offer any discount replacement, or customer support.Desired Settlement: I will gladly send the broken item back to this service. At this time I want a full refund for the broken merchandise.

Review: I purchased a lens from this company 11/2013 as a Christmas present for my daughter. I have never had an issue buying Christmas presents from any company around this time of year. The lens turned out to be too large for the size of my daughter's camera and awkward for her to hold. I contacted Amazon on the 12/27/2013, they asked for approval from GoShot to return the lens, which they DID GIVE APPROVAL! I spent $11 to send the lens back that same day, had it nicely secured with bubble wrap and packing paper for shipment. I waited and did not see a credit on my card so I contacted them several times through Amazon and did not get any real answers. I received the lens back on 1/6/2014, with a note saying it was outside their return window. They sent it back without secure packing around the lens, therefore, it was flopping around in the box when I picked it up. I had to purchase this lens before I went out of town, which is why I purchased it so early, regardless of the reason, I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPANY REFUSE TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME AROUND CHRISTMAS! This is more than irritating.Desired Settlement: I would like a prepaid label sent and the product refunded because they had already given their approval for the return!
