I'm a natural sceptic and made a list of questions for them to answer during our conversation. Both team members were very knowledgeable and forthcoming. Explained the process of solar in a way I could comprehend. Their solar products are not another product of China. Instead Canada. Great warranty on products with the whole installation itself within a full days work. Go Solar does all the foot work for permitting and our local electric company. Scheduling inspections and so forth. Go Solar has no way of knowing how busy local permitting offices are on any given day. Same with local power company. Go Solar communicates with both and kept us up to date on what was next. No footwork on our part. What's really neat too is their free app. We can view real time data for the day, week, month and year. Each panel is documented. Go Solar also gave us an attachment for our hot water heater. That too has a free app. In the app you can control the time frame and days of when you want hot water and when you do not want hot water. A savings of even more money in the long run. I'm very pleased. Thank you Go Solar!

We had solar installed 2 years ago. Unfortunately didn't do enough research on our end first, we depended on the "knowledge" of this company. We didn't live in our house long enough to get a true idea of energy consumption. They would NOT meet with us in person and did NOT do any kind of analysis on our home to check all the live oaks and laurel oaks we had surrounding our house in regard to shade on the roof. The panels were placed in the incorrect area (that was fixed by the power company that installed them) and we STILL have over a $300 power bill in the hot months. No matter how many energy efficient improvements we have made, we switched to all LED lighting, 2 cycle programmable pool pump, full 4400 linear sq ft of radiant heat barrier in the attic as well as additional blown in insulation and a few new windows and this company STILL refuses to look into why our bills have NOT been reduced much at all. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Do your research and know EVERYTHING before you take anyone's word on what is needed for your home/solar needs.

I would like to thank the owner and salesman Richard for their understanding on my complicated situation. Some how another solar company wich I thought I had canceled ended up installing the panels while I was out of town. Without going into details of my situation, I HIGHLY recommend this company . They are very knowledgeable and super helpfull to their customers. We greatly appreciate their kindness towards helping us resolve this issue, even though I was in the wrong.

While I am a very new customer, I am very, very impressed and satisfied with all Go Solar personnel and installation. I do wish that I had been offered the opportunity to put up a few extra panels as I think I could have done within my FPL and County permits, but this option was not presented or discussed and I suppose Go Solar lost this opportunity as I did.

I don't often give a 5 star rating, but this company deserves one, Efficient, customer friendly, priced completively or better than others and beign a guiding light to those of us new to solar. Could not recommend anyone more than GO SOLAR POWER.....djb cpa :~)))

Awesome customer service with an amazing product. We pourpusly set it up to acumulate more power than I use but my monthly payment is less than my electric bill. With Florida power and light I still pay $18.90 a month for them to manage what I get in the bank but that's better than a battery wall for me. I fully recommend!

The people at Go Solar Power worked with me to design and install the system I wanted. Together, we were able to overcome the problems associated with installing a PV system in an older house. The system has been working flawlessly for about 8 months. Our FP&L bill has been $8.50 a month. The crew who did the installation did an excellent job and left the job site clean. So far we have generated almost 6 Mega watt hours. Now, at our house, Earth Day is every day!

I AM SO PLEASE WITH MY SOLAR PANEL, ELECTRIC BILL HAS BEEN REDUCED GREATLY AND GO SOLAR HAS BEEN GREAT WITH FOLLOWING UP, TO INSURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY

I went with Go Solar after getting a few quotes. Their dedication to reducing overall energy use before designing your system is a huge advantage. They're very responsive and move quickly. Once I decided to go with them I think the system was up and running within about a month. That includes waiting on Duke Energy to sign off on the installation and swap out my meter. Could not recommend them more.

I have had my system for over two years and couldn't be happier. I did my homework and shopped around. Go Solar offered the best deal and sized my panels for my demand. They have followed up with me, upgraded my equipment at no charge and removed and reinstalled the panels for roof replacement. They are very reputable and customer friendly. They also replaced all of my light bulbs with LED, installed a smart thermostat and gave me an infrared thermometer free of charge. They inform me of new products and upgrades available. I highly recommend this company as you may be taking a risk with others that are new to the industry. So I chose to go with the best.

My experience with Go Solar has been nothing short of great so far. All of the people there were GREAT. The process and what to expect were perfectly accurate. I'm an Electrical Engineer who just got a Solar education, thanks to Go Solar. They always seemed happy to take my calls and transferred me to the right person.

They partner with Urban Solar which did a perfect installation in three days. I can't be happier with my choice to Go Solar.
