I had my brand new RV parked at the Go Store It Storage Facility located on Wallisville RoadMy RV was burglarized while at the storage facilityI paid on time every month for hour video monitoring, gated access with a personalized code, & for the staff to ride around on golf carts every 2-hours to check the premisesWhen my trailer was broken into, the manager couldn't tell me when it happened because the video cameras were conveniently not workingThe manager couldn't tell me how long the cameras had been down eitherThe burglars knew that the cameras were down and they wouldn't get caughtThe manager never notified me, or any of the other customers that their cameras were down for an extended period of timeIf she had, I would have moved my RV off of the premisesMy RV was locked and not bothering anyoneIf you're thinking about storing your RV there at Go Store It on Wallisville Road, please read this review before making your decision I don't want anyone to have this same horrible experience
