Go Store It took over our local self-storage facility around a year ago. Of course, they immediately raised the rent but that is not the complaint. Supposedly they farm out the support of the facility to other companies. Since no one is at the facility you can't go there to pay, and so the payment is deducted from your credit card. On March 2nd, my wife got a text that our payment for March 1st was late. Go Store It, got rid of the management company, but failed to contact the customers and so the payment was not deducted on March 1. The Go Store It website, you get -
"Sorry, an unknown error occurred. Please go back and try again."
No matter how many times you try.
The phone number listed has been disconnected.
So I contacted the support facility - ***, LLC - and they said since Go Store It fired them they would not give out any information.
I'll try going to the storage place and hope someone is there. Otherwise I guess I'll have to get my stuff out, before the lock my unit and don't let me in.

Modification/discontinuance of Contact ***, LLC and tell them to give out the new number. Also the GoStoreIt website needs update to remove the false information.
Go Store It Management LLC. Took back daily operations of this store from ***. We have reached out to all our customers including Mr.. We will work with him to make sure his billing is taken care of as per his request. We have a manager onsite 5 days a week Tuesday through Saturday. If he prefers to come in personally.
Yes, as mentioned I went in personally. The only thing I would like Go Store It to do is lower the rates now that they are not paying ***.
Although we are sorry for the inconvenience Mr. experienced by ***s management of this store, We feel bringing a manager back onsite has solved this issue. The cost of having a full time manager at the store does make it more expensive to operate this facility. With that said, we will not raise customers rates to make up for this added expense. Given the current National crisis, we want assure our customers that we will not make any changes to the cost of their space(s).
