Review: [redacted] of Go Swipe, entered in to an agreement with me for financing a loan for my business based on my bank deposits. He claimed that he could easily guarantee approval of $4,000.00 in "just a couple of days". He charged me $495.00 as an application fee, which he told me would be refunded if he was not able to get me financed. 8 months later he was still trying to get financing for me, and told me that it would be coming from a partner of his. 3 months after that this elusive partner could not be reached for various reasons. [redacted] then told me that I would be receiving the financing in deposit to my bank account within a week to 10 days. This never happened. I can not reach him and he will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: I would simply like the $495.00 back that he promised me, since he could not deliver the financing mentioned above.
