Review: I have took my car there to put a new used engine in my car on 5-30-13 and 5 month later it have a problem on 9-22-13. the damage part is call pully.

I have 98 honda crv, bought a new used engine from company call [redacted] - Engine & Transmissions on 5-28-13. Invoice: XXXXX, Item purchased: B20B. Cost: $650 plus core: $35, total: $685 with 12 month "warranty". paid in cash.

I took the engine to Go-Tires Repair shop on 5-30-13. Invoice:05GTXXXXX, cost: $1,013.12, paid in cash. and was guaranteed for 1 year or 12,00 miles. "limited warranty".Desired Settlement: Refund or Replacement.

Customer brought in a used engine and requested for replacement and came back with the engine in the trunk of a different car and claim that the crank pulley was loose and try to removed and the crank bolt broke in haft and had to replaced another used engine from other shop and asked for refund. Go tires agree to refund half of the engine cost $350.00.

Review: On 3/04/2014 I took my [redacted] to go tires to have my front end worked. Go tires was to aligned And repair any front end problems I have. Description of work done :worn out front end 1- removed&replace both new front & rear shocks $80.002-5 removed and replaced new front right inner tie rod end, sway bar, end links, track bar and lube front end 4 wheel alignment $40.00part list-1-tie rod end $47.632-2 front shock $47.003-2 rear shocks $46.584-2 sway bar link $48.905-1 track bar $138.79 total$831.45 After this was done we were not satisfied so we took it [redacted] on 3/05/2014 for an inspection. they said we needed ball joints uper & lower on the right side, plus front shock noise need to be replaced.On 3/07/2014 went back to go tires , I was told since they missed it that he would give me a good price : I paid another $118.27 They also said they realigned & rotated tiresSince then we went through 2 more sets of tires and our [redacted] back to Go tires 2 others times.On 10/13/2014 I took our [redacted] to [redacted] for a front end check again. I was told rear upper control arm bolt loose. Front upper control arm bushing have movement & front sway bar bushing worn/ failed- also track bar has exessive movement.On 10/20/2014 Took our [redacted] back to Go tires, we still have 5 months lefted on warranty, showed him new estimate from [redacted], and was turded away. They refused service to us!Desired Settlement: [redacted] gave us a quote of 600.00 for repairs. I would to be reimbursed the 600.00 so I may go to [redacted]

Go tires will fund for defectived parts as sway bar links and drag link . pars and labor about $400.00 and Go Tires agree to refund to the customer for amount of $400.00 for the defectived parts
