I was searching online for a site that had quality and affordable medical supplies for my back. I used their live chat service and spoke with Jeff who was extremely helpful and even offered to recommend some products for me to chose from. I was in and out within 10 minutes and even better than that -- my order was delivered within 4 days. My wife has gone back and ordered some supplies for our 3 year old (diapers, wipes, and diaper cream) and received the same amazing service.
