Ms*** vehicle was parked at *** ** *** ** in Tempe Arizona on 6.13.2017. Ms*** did not have permission to park on this property. This property has all of the correct signage warning people that they are eligible to be towed if they leave the property. Go Towing
followed all City, State, and Federal guidelines for the removal of this vehicle. Per the City of Tempe Code it is $for the tow, $storage per vehicle as soon as comes to the storage facility, and a $after hour gate fee. Ms*** retrieved her vehicle at approximately 8:pm on 6.13.2017. Go Towing has a drug free work place. We hope this closes this matter

To whom it may concern;I apologize I thought I had already responded to this item. At this time Go Towing & Recovery is denying *** *** damage claimIf she has any questions I can be reached at ###-###-####. Thank-you,Luis R***Go Tow

I do not accept their response because they
told me they had turned out in to their insurance and then wouldn't talk to me.I tried to contract them per their instructions regarding why they are denying the claim and they will not talk to me Their driver damaged my truck and they should take responsibility for their employee and repair my truck.Thank you.*** ***

To Whom it May Concern:
This claim was turned over to our claims adjuster. After reviewing it the claim, it was denied. The alleged damage was not consistent with towing damage. The customer was sent the denial letter. We hope this closes this matter

Your records are incorrect I retrieve my vehicle at 19:when you towed my vehicle at 18:I was not parked illegally I went to the subway first then went I saw there was a salon next door I went over there tooThe sign posted does not say Subway only anywhere on the sign it says residentsSo you would think that being that the Salon is right next to Subway you are ok to park thereI have attached an image of the signAlso I have contacted the City of Tempe to get the codes and lawsIt is $for the tow but I should not be charge the $gate and $storage feeIt states on the sign $per hrs for storage my vehicle was there for hourAlso regardless of who is at fault it does not give the right for the manager Jonathan to talk me in the manor that he didI work in the auto industry and I have never ever seen someone so unprofessional and try to talk down to me and belittle meI am definitely let everyone know in this industry my experience and beware of this companyI am requesting my $plus the $gate fee that is not posted on the sign either

To whom it may concern;after reviewing the damage complaint. We reviewed with our internal tow Cordinator, safety manager, and the driver. It was determined that we did not damage the vehicle and the claim was denied.

Go Towing followed all City, State, and Federal laws in the removal of Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle.  She was charged a price that is in the guidelines of the City of Tempe Towing code.  All signage complies with the City of Tempe towing Code.  We view this matter as closed.

Go Towing & Recovery did tow the consumers vehicle on October 10th 2015.  Go Towing & Recovery followed all City, State, Federal towing and transport laws.   It was towed at the direction of the property for being illegally parked.  This particular property requires a...

permit/pass to park at the property.  See attached pictures. We interviewed both the driver of the tow truck and the release window person.  Both stated they could not see any permit or parking pass in the vehicle.  If a pass was visible the driver would not have towed it.  Further more the release window person has the authorization to give back vehicles if a pass is displayed. When the customer paid for her vehicle she signed a statement that said the following: "I have paid this bill at my own request"Go Towing & Recovery per the direction of the property towed this vehicle per its regulations and followed all City, State, and Federal towing & transport laws.  Based on all of these factors Go Towing & Recovery will not be offering any refund on this tow.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for responding to my complaint, I appreciate the timely response. The complaint ID is: [redacted], and I need to add on to it. I was towed AGAIN, early morning yesterday 10/14/15 around 2 in the morning, and I noticed my car was gone when I was leaving at 4:30 AM. They towed me AGAIN from my complex that I live in. They have been abusing my power. The pictures do not even look to be taken at my complex, and this time I KNOW my pass was there. They are taking advantage of the situation, are abusing their power, and have been taking advantage of my rights. They are illegally towing to gain money, and have taken my car twice in 4 days, and have no sufficient proof that my car did not display my pass, they are forcing me to pay before I get my car and can even argue a case, which is unlawful. They deserve to pay me back for BOTH tows, 155.00 each, $310 total. II finally have [redacted] more involved, but they need to have someone take care of this for it is not fair that they abuse their power. They are taking advantage of residents that have a right to park where they do, just to earn money. On [redacted] Reviews, there are people that have experienced similar issues, so I know I am not alone. But they towed me again just a few days after my last tow, in same spot, which is not acceptable and illegal. BOTH TIMES: They required that I pay for my car before I was allowed to get my car, which in Arizona, that is a law to let me receive my car before I get billed. They have awful drawings on the walls inside, of inappropriate things, and the woman wears pjs when she working the front area. She is a slow worker, the process was slow to get anything done with them. Thank you so much, I was not sure if I needed to fill out a separate complaint, but I needed to make a major complaint for wrongful tows 2 times in 4 days, to the same car in the same spot. I look forward to being in contact soon.
Regards,
[redacted]

I am very...

concerned about the response which was provided below. I monitor my email account daily and can't find where I received any notification and find it unacceptable to close the complaint.I have contacted the business no less than 10 times by phone since Dec 3 requesting an update and at no time did they inform me that they were denying my claim. I also did not receive a letter from them. All correspondence should have been sent to [redacted], New Albany, Ohio, 43054.I would like to have you re-open this complaint. The timeline for the day of the damage is as follows:Prior to 9 AM I had the vehicle washed at Beverly Hills Hand Car wash in Tempe.Around 10:30, I parked the vehicle in the rear parking area of Vista Del Sol apartments.I found the vehicle missing around noon.I spoke to the apartment complex management and they contacted Go Towing to have the vehicle returned.I followed up with a call asking how much longer it was going to be and was told the vehicle was at the tow yard still.Upon arrival of the tow truck and vehicle back to Vista Del Sol, I was waiting in the parking lot as the truck arrived. I watched the vehicle be taken off the tow rack. At that time, I noticed the damage and pointed it out to the driver of the tow truck. He told me I would have to file a claim.I then drove to the Go Towing lot in Phoenix prior to 3 PM to fill out a claim form.I really don't care if their "claims adjuster" denied the claim. They damaged my vehicle and it will cost over $900 to have it repaired. To say the damage is "not consistent with towing damage" is a load of crap. How about it is consistent with backing my vehicle into something sharp while towing to the yard, at the yard, or on the return from the yard. What is my next best option?Regards,[redacted]
