Company sent someone out to repair broken sprinkler and could not find the damaged sprinkler We called the tenant and the owner of the property and left messagesWe have not received a return call If consumer answers the calls we are more than willing to address the issues Must advise Revdex.com that tenant signed tag which relieves company of all damages Will forward to Revdex.com for file
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They never made an attempt to repair. They never returned my calls or answered my emails to the President of the company. I have witnesses to the fact that they never showed when I called them to repair the sprinkler head numerous times. They are just telling you that they tried. I told them were the Sprinkler Head was located, their were tire tracks from their truck leading to the sprinkler head in question. As a result I lost the seeded lawn because of their inaction, false promises, and non truths.Sincerely, [redacted]
