Our service manager, [redacted] contacted the customer and arranged for the vehicle to be brought back to the dealership to have the recall parts checked and replaced Mr [redacted] contacted the customer on 12/28/and the vehicle starting issues have been repaired The customer is satisfied with the repairs and performance of the vehicle We also thanked the customer for giving us the opportunity to correct the issue
