First suspicion was there was no company logo, address or name on the letterCalled the company and asked if they were Revdex.com accredited and a man called Chris said "of course we are." I kept asking how he could reduce my debt when a lawyer said no because I co-signed for my son and he passed away, and the bank of America denied any help.He then said that he asked me if it was a private loan or a federal school loan and I said FederalHe said I asked you that in the beginning and you said privateHe did not, lie # Therefore I did not qualifyIt is really nasty to get a persons hopes up and lie to themI have been paying for years and probably have more to go

SCAM BEWARE! This company sent me a letter claiming they could save me $266K on my student loans. Of course when I called them they were completely unprofessional, and it turns out they can't save me anything. They were rude on the phone, and are full of lies and deceit! Also, the letter they sent had no company info on it! Im sure they will be gone soon, PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN!
