before your policy termination.  I see there were great efforts to resolve it completely but we simply ran out of time.  Discovery of the root cause took slightly longer than expected and after finding the wrong ID was entered when you registered your [redacted] account to Go365 it was two days prior to your policy termination.   [redacted] has a long standing strict policy regarding sharing an unregistered member’s data, they will only supply the visit data directly to the individual member.  It is then the member’s choice and responsibility to share that data with us. Due to the timeframe it took to discover the root cause we would like to still acknowledge and reward your efforts towards a healthy lifestyle.  We hope you continue your healthy journey!  In your correspondence with us you stated what your average visit per week was from November 2016 – June 2017.  I calculated the Points and Bucks you would have earned and added them to the balance Bucks left in your Go365 account.  Please accept the [redacted] I want to thank you again for pursuing this issue so it was brought to our attention, enabling us to completely resolve it for you.    [redacted] Director, Service Operations
