Fresh Lawn denied approving the repairAlthough the customer was frustrated with the companies position, the customer still remains an active Valued customer

We have refunded the service and we apologize if the service was not completed to your satisfaction

It has been refunded and it takes up to 24-hours depending on your bank

It was a system error in scheduling and we apologized and refunded her immediately

After researching this account and reading the other review, we have decided to refund this client.  I would like to point out we have time and date stamped pictures of the three times we went out to her property to complete the service to her satisfaction. Her hedges were extremely over grown....

The hedges alone were a half a day job for at least $100, which we only billed her $30.00. We at Fresh Lawn only want to provide excellent service to our clients. Every time she called we set up another job to go back out to her property with out any question about it and with out additional expense.  We stand by our motto that the customer is always right and will refund her service with no questions asked.

The claim was resolved for $700.00 on April 26th. Client received reimbursement for damages as requested.

I am not interested in free services they have offered. I would just like confirmation that all my personal information has been erased from their system including my address and credit card information. I would also not like anyone from the company to call my husband or myself again.
