I was scheduled to move into a property that is not up to code after paying over $for a security deposit and first months rentI've left numerous messages and have not received a response yet

Told me to pay $for an application fee, informed me that I was approved along with others and whoever delivered security deposit first took the propertyI called with my security deposit and was told that someone applied after me with a higher credit score and made me second in line so that person had hours to deliver security depositSo they took my money, approved me, then collected others money, just to give it to someone who had a better credit score
