Waiting on Refund
Goals has been holding my refund for TOO LONG. I have turned in all documentation that is required, and my refund has been approved for 3 months. They always say it takes 7-14 days to issue my refund, and those 7-14 days comes and goes with no result. Every time I call, it's always another excuse and they telle to wait another 7-14 days. My refund has been approved since November 16, 2022. It is now January 30, 2023 and I continue to hear the same lies that I will get my refund soon. I've asked for email documentation to record that I have spoken to them, and I have not received an email back when I request it. They never allow anyone to speak to their billing or legal department, and claim there is no number to call. That is a lie! They have to have a way to contact other departments. I received a text message from a phone number in Harlem, NY stating that I should be receiving my check by mail within two weeks, and that message was on November 16th, 2022. I have heard NOTHING back, and can't get a response from the number that I was texting. At this point, I would like to gather a group of clients going through the same abuse as I am and take legal action. I am searching for attorneys in New York and/or Atlanta to resolve this issue and I'll make sure they pay me MORE than they owe me for making me go through these hardships, and continuing to LIE and WITHHOLD my earned money. I am entitled to my refund due to not being medically cleared for surgery, so it's inevitable and by law they have to refund the money, minus the deposit. I've been calling and calling, and this has gone on far too long. There's no reason this should be happening, and I encourage anyone who's interested in having a procedure with GOALS to NOT go through with it. There are far better credible surgery groups, and this is unacceptable.

Hey love I’m currently going the the same thing just wanted to check in with you about ever receiving your money back and if you have found any attorneys for this type of case. Because I have called around in Los Angeles and they are not able to take the case so they referred me to the medical board, and commissioners office.

Waiting on Refund
Unfortunately, due to my medical condition, my doctor denied medical clearance for this elective surgery. I placed a deposit and although they received a medical note explaining why I do not qualify they keep giving me the run-around about the refund. I possess some of the conditions that are listed on their contract as a qualifying reason to cancel surgery and receive a refund. I'm truly disappointed with this poor client experience. It really doesn't take 2 months to issue a refund!

I have been wanting a mommy make over since I could imagine, but after giving birth to my 3rd child I finally got my tubes tied and decided to move forward with my dream. I searched and searched until I came upon Goals *** page where I loved the out come of the dolls. I was even more excited when I found out they would be opening a location in Atlanta, GA. So I booked my consultation and went to speak with a consultant on February 28th, 2020. I was told that I had the perfect BMI for the lipo 360 and BBL and I should be good to have surgery anytime by June or July. I wanted it done for my bday in October so I went ahead and paid $2000 as my deposit to lock in my 5,800 promotional rate. They immediately took the money out of my account. I was later contacted my a lady in billing by the name of Mary, which I missed the call and called back immediately to get no answer. We communicated through email which I asked her was October good to set my date she advised me it was good. I proceed to ask her to call me so that we could set that date and set up the payments so I can continue to paying it off, she told me she would call me......I never received a call. I called her only to have the phone rep tell me that someone from billing will call me back in 24 hours so I waited still no call. I have called Goals repeatedly trying to set my date still no answer or call back, so I became worried I emailed Mary repeatedly to receive no response back. She finales emailed me back stating that I had to set my date in June or July since I had the promotional rate. I was confused because she told me October was good, but now she was saying something different. I asked her could she please call me she said yes we confirmed a time and date so we could speak because I know sometimes emails can be misunderstanding so I wanted to speak. The day we schedule for the call she NEVER called me. I called her no answer, I emailed her no answer. By then I was over it, so I finally called my bank and tried to dispute the charge. I opened up my dispute in April 2020 after going all of March with no communication from Goals. It was very Frustrating, because the one time you trust that this is the right plastic surgery they go ghost on you. So I decided to keep up with my with bank on the process of the dispute and was told they was still waiting on a reply from the merchant, and send over anything that backed my claimed I kept a thread of all emails and texts so sent them everything. It’s now July 2020 and my back just now notifying me that revision credit of $2000 is being reversed back to GOALS because they have stated they have a “No Refund Policy”. During the dispute in May I received a text and email from Mary stating that if I didn’t respond back with in 24/hrs to get place on the calendar then my promotional price will go to the standard rates. I called GOALS still no response, they have a long wait time just for you to be the next caller in line and the phone hangs- up on you. I kept a thread of every email I sent to Mary getting no response. So I notified my back about the text and email and sent it to them as evidence. By then I no longer wanted them to do anything on me because the customer service was horrible and I just didn’t want to leave my life in the hands of ppl so inconsiderate. But yet they have not and will not give me my money back. My bank told me the statute of dispute limitations had exceed so I would have to try to get my money back through the merchant by calling them. It took for me to go on social media to comment on their page warning ppl NOT to trust them for someone to message me about having someone to call me. Guess who called? Mary, stating that she was sorry she had been moved to a different department and now she back in billing and so on. Which I explained to her regardless if she was moved or not somebody should have had the decency to contact me and help me. Which I received neither. I’m furious still because Mary said she would escalate my concern for a refund to her superiors and someone would contact me the next day. Still no call I reached out to her, she told me that the lady was out she would call me the next business day; still no response that was 2 weeks ago. I’m considering legal actions at this point because not only did they take my money they failed to even schedule me for date for my surgery. They are a scam and I wouldn’t refer no one to them, please seek other places ladies. I just want my $2000 back and never deal with them again.

On July *** I had a Lipo 360plus BBL+Hips with Doctor B he did an amazing job even though I had to wait extra 3 hrs my surgery was scheduled for 2 pm with an hour before procedure my procedure didn’t took place till after 4 pm
The advertising price wasn’t real 3,999.00 hora loca as they call it wasn’t real I paid $5,850 plus $450.00 post-op items that I still haven’t receive
My biggest concern and complain is not the fact that I had to wait an additional 4 plus hrs for my surgery my complaint and concerned is the drainage process I went the following day for the mandatory drainage in which when I arrive to the Brooklyn facility was way over the CDC order to my surprise after I left the state show up as I was informed the following day for my second drainage that’s when I was told that they were going to change all patients drainage massage appointments to my surprise my next drainage Is on August 2020 in which I think is wrong drainage is very important since they inject so much saline water with anesthesia throughout your body that all that saline needs to be flush other wise the surgery in my eyes is worthless. I paid for the entire package cash that’s without saying the blood work was another$180.00 physical $150.00 COVID-19 test $75.00

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Aug 06, 2020

A review evidences that the patient has cancelled appointments. There have been three other drainage/massages. She has continually cancelled since July , 2020.

I had a consultation of skin bleaching on Jul ***, 2020, at Goals plastic surgery at ***. During the consultation, I was told by staff, Paula, that I needed 4-5 sessions to get the optimal result. She offered me a package, total 5 sessions for 3 areas, in a total of $1500. I agreed and paid for the amount and had the first session on that day. The second session was on the ***, and I was offered free two sessions if I agreed to post my procedure on their social media, so I accepted. After I had my third session on the ***, I was called in a small room by a manager that my package was ended, and there was a calculation mistake by Paula. It made me very uncomfortable, and I felt I was scammed. It was a very different story to compare what I was explained and paid. I supposed to get 5 sessions plus 2 free treatments, but Paula started changing a story that I agreed to pay only three sessions. She went out of the room with my ID and came back with a piece of paper called "consultation foam." It was all her handwritten said "3 sessions," and there was no my signature.

I have never seen the paper before, and I wouldn't agree if it was only 3 sessions because Paula was the one recommended me to have 4-5 sessions at the begining. Moreover, there was no my signature at the signature section on the paper. She showed me the back of the page, which has her name on it, and insisted she signed the paper means she got my signature and so on, which is completely none sense as long as it was not my signature.

The manager abruptly left the room as if I was the one cheating the number of sessions. I asked Paula to get the manager back to talk to me, but she ignored and told me to leave because the place got busy. I've been seen many of their unprofessional services, including the package price, unclean procedure environment, ignoring social distance at the outside waiting area, and disorganize the appointment's schedule.

I was completely ripped off by the $1500 package price, felt uncomfortable by seen suspicious paper with no signature by holding me a small room for a long time. I insisted on a full refund since I no longer trust what they do me. I even didn't get any improvement through their treatments. My skin looks exact the same as before. I supposed to get two more sessions for 3 areas and two free treatments for their social media.

Goals plastic surgery is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I finally called the police to get their help and advice. I will not accept any excuses for Goals plastic surgery. I have two young children, but they always mess up and not following the customer's appointment time (I usually need to wait for 30-40 min from my appointment time without social distance rules), cheating service price, and made me very uncomfortable with a fake consultation paper. I have zero tolerance for their unprofessional business.

We have no documents which support this claim. If other documents are in her possession, please send them to counsel at ***.

I’m contacting Revdex.com To help resolve my issue with Goals. I want a refund I was mislead in not educated on the procedure in also the paper work that was through email. I feel scammed as a costumer I called try to resolve but can not get a refund . It’s like a rip off with coordinators say everything that sounds good to make you put down a disposit.

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Aug 06, 2020

Goals is sending paperwork using an electronic service due to COVID-19 which has electronic signatures. The documents evidence that patient received all documents incluiding those which explain the procedure. Goals is prepared to move forward as per the terms of the Contract.

I had my first 360 lipo bbl done in February with doctor p*** and half way through my procedure I felt the pressure of the suction because the anesthesia wasn't working yet. Dr. P took it upon himself to stop even though he was asked to continue. Therefore I was reschedule for a revision in may but because of covid 19, it was postponed until July *** with Dr L I scheduled my vacation around the procedure. However, Tuesday July *** at 10pm the day before my surgery I received a call from Ashley stating my procedure was canceled because my contract regarding my revision was misplaced and they didn't have my medical clearance which was given in on Saturday July ***. I was told that now my original appointment has to reschedule which is inconvenient being that my vacation is scheduled around my surgery. Than I'm being told now my revision won't be the full surgery only partial which was never explained to me. Also being that my first surgery with Dr p*** wasn't completed I'm entitled to have the full surgery redone without an extra cost.

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Aug 06, 2020

Patient already had a revision and the files are electronic so no contract was lost.

I don't understand how I possibly felt for these lies and fake advertisements. I originally went to Goals on April of 2019 because of a promotion of $4999 which on Instragram never spoke about BMI having to be under a certain number. I went in and booked they never mention my BMI had to be a certain number and when booking I asked them to please do my upper back and they charged me an additional $2000 so I paid for that as well. I booked for July 2019 but because of my BMI I need to pay an additional $2000 and at the time of service I did not have those $2000 extra so I re booked for 02//20. I tried everything I could to loss the weight and nothing happened and because I was determine to have my Lipo 360 plus upper back done I paid the additional $2000. So I paid Goals Plastic $8,999, the biggest rip off of my enter life. Never in my 34 years of age have I been so disappointed and ripped off as I did on February *, 2020. On Saturday February *, 2020 Dr Perkins my sergeon did a total mess. There was no possible way on earth he serviced all this for me in a matter of 30 minutes, 5 litters of fat were defenitnety not taking from me as the contract stated. He didn't take fat from my back nor was the fat place on my butt.I wish I could find the perfect attorney as I have picture not photo shopped as they do real photos to proof my case. I went for my post op that following Monday and girl wasn't able to drain not one drop she even made holes that hurt and nothing she didn't understand why this even happened. I then went in on March for my second post op and saw Silvia a supervisor she had me waiting for 45 minutes in a room and when she went in didn't do anything other then say she would write a note about how I was unsatisfied. I've called over and over again to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Perkins and I understand because of Covid I wasn't able to in March and April, since May I have been placed on hold for over an hour, been caller 50 and waited to be hung up. I even writing on the Instragram page and no one gets back to me. I have proof of every single thing I am saying. What makes me so upset is that I have referred so many people there prior to this. Just don't understand why there so many fake advertisement, all those pictures posted are probably photo shopped. I am a mother of 3 kids, I DON'T DANCE on a POLE, I don't have money to waste so it hurts me I gave them my savings to feel better and what is happening is I feel worst. I am kindly asking for them to do what I paid for and is written on a contract or refund me. I went in on July and saw administrator Dr. V and he is requesting $4000 to fix error why should I have to pay for this? Not my fault Dr. Perkins didn't follow through the contact. I want a solution ASAP. I have Pictures and Proof of calls. I live in
New Jersey and these tolls are no joke to. Every visit to them I have to pay a sitter as well. Please Help people get ripped off as I did. I wish I had read the reviews prior and not have to feel as awful as I do. P.S before writing to Revdex.com I gave them the option of helping me and they chose to ignore me, I swear I have proof they lie.

Documentary evidence shows sufficient fat was removed including photographic evidence showing the amount removed. A "revision" is a correction of a small distorted area and costs $850.00. The patient appears to want a second round, which is a reduced rate. If it is a second round, the amount of $4,000.00 is accurate. We can provide photographic evidence of the removed fat.

On Friday the *** I went to the location in Brooklyn after paying $50 consult to speak with a doctor, when you get there you never see a doctor but a girl and tells you everything you are not allowed to see a doctor until the surgery day, I have on the phone by Instagram all de messages where they offered me a price for $4,000 if I pay cash when I get there they told me they can’t honor me the price since that price is not longer a promotion meanwhile I have all the messages where they told me yes. Then they ended giving me a price for almost 9,000 they lied about everything and prices. They forced to yo leave a deposit of $500 for tour surgery day, however I paid $1,000 and the girl from billing said “ if you decided not to get surgery $500 will be not refundable but then the other $500 will get back to your account. When I called for my refund after reading all the bad reviews and malpractices the girl from billing department kept hanging up my call all morning, I had to emailed her multi plea time just to get a “we will not refund you anything” also in the contract they misspelled my name In every page. I have tried contacting them and they don’t answer or respond

On 03/*** I had a virtual consultation with one of their patient coordinators where I paid $1000 for a deposit for my surgery scheduled on May *** to do liposuction. As I got closer to the date I paid an additional $3150 toward the principal. Then I received a call that the surgery was going to be canceled and rescheduled to a later date because of COVID-19. It was rescheduled to May ***. They anticipated to be open by then. I eventually paid an additional $1000 on 5/*, expecting to be paid in full by the time my surgery date arrived. However, I later realized that due to the pandemic the date proposed was not feasible. I called and emailed my patient coordinator to see when I can reschedule and to cancel my appointment. After calling the billing department a few times I finally got ahold of someone who advised that they would cancel my appointment but suggested I wait to call back to reschedule after June because they didn’t expect to open up anytime soon due to the pandemic. During the month of June I called several times where I’ve waited for over an hour and a half just to eventually be forwarded to a voicemail. I even called and left my number for them to call me back as they advise in their automatic message that I can leave my number and will not lose my place in line, but never got a call back. I continued to call every day and was finally able to get ahold of their representatives a couple of times, who advised that someone will call me back to reschedule within 24 to 48 hours. Even then I didn’t get a call back. I tried to send messages through Instagram where they are publicizing that they are now open. But just have received messages that someone will call me back and that they are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We are now in July, and I have yet to receive a call back. I’ve paid a total of $5150 towards my surgery and I’m extremely worried that I’ve been scammed. I would just like a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere.

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Aug 06, 2020

This oatuebt was rescheduled and it is Goals' understanding that this is resolved.

Today 6.*** I contacted Goals Plastic Surgery because my doctor doesn’t recommend me going forth with the bbl procedure because of health issues . I looked into getting a refund because my health is more than a plastic surgery go I call it quits . The rude billing coordinator tells me my health issue isn’t serious enough for a refund . EXCUSE ME ? Surgery isn’t recommended With anemia due to low blood count . That rate "means that around 500 extra people could die from even a mild degree of anemia after elective major non-cardiac surgery . This Is A Serious Medical Problem I Just Want A Refund Because The Customer Service Is Horrible And My Life Is On The Line ! I Hope This Will Help My Situation .

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Aug 06, 2020

This has been resolved and surgery performed.

This is a plastic surgery office and they give you an over the phone consultation with a non medical coordinator. I requested a medical consult and they have not followed up with any information regarding a medical follow up. I am not quite sure if their expectation is for you to go under anaesthesia and have a medical procedure without ever speaking to a medical doctor but that is absolutely absurd. I do have voice recorded conversation in which my coordinator states I would get a medical virtual consult. Also in that conversation, I was told I should put down a deposit to secure a date (even though the doctor I wanted did not have any dates) but I would be contacted if he has any cancellations. When no one reached out regarding cancellations or the process of actually getting the surgery done, I contacted my coordinator who then told me I had to call the main number EVERYDAY to see if someone cancelled. Well I have tried calling and have been unsuccessful.

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Jul 07, 2020

All consults with doctors are currently virtual and the patient should contact Goals to schedule a virtual consult with a doctor and advise them that she received this response from the Revdex.com complaint. As soon as she finishes making payments pursuant to the terms of the contract, Goals will be happy to perform her procedure.

I had a consultation back in April 2020. During the phone call consultation I was told from Veronica, my coordinator, that all was good and set up to have 360 Liposuction and a BBL done by this facility. When you do consultations you are not seen by the actual doctor which was the first red flag, but I was told I would meet with my surgeon before any procedure was to take place. I put down a $500 deposit along with $2,000 towards my procedure on may ***, 2020. Since then I have only been able to make one other payment of $700 on May ***, 2020. Since May *** I have been having horrific customer service issues regarding getting prepared for my procedure which was supposed to be on July ***, 2020. I have written back countless times to my coordinator, emailed along with calls to figure out what to do with certain health issues and scheduling issues I have been having. At one point I was told from my coordinator that everything has been crazy because of the pandemic and protests, but if that was the case why continue to stay an open running institution. Since the end of May I have been trying to schedule blood work and reschedule my preoperative appointment with who was supposed to be my doctor and I kept receiving the same answer back as a response of "someone will get in touch with you, do not worry." when no one ever does. All blood work and medical clearance was supposed to be due on June ***, 2020 or there would be a $500 late fee, which was impossible to get done because of the lack of response. I have gone to my own personal primary care physician who was going to fill out my clearance form for the procedure when certain health issues then came up as conflict for me following through with this procedure. I have not yet met with the doctor who was going to do my procedure and I had my preoperative appointment with him on June ***, 2020. I have asked to have that appointment rescheduled since they never asked me when I was available and just scheduled the appointment and they proceeded to reschedule it to June ***, 2020 without any notice again and the only way I found out was because I had an automated text message sent to my phone the day of stating I had an appointment at 10 am that day as I was working. I have made over a dozen attempts through texting my patient coordinator, directly messaging the company on social media and calling the facility directly through the extension that was given to me and had no one reach out or answer me back. I have kept a log and all proof of the numerous attempts trying to seek out help and answers regarding how I could resolve all my issues and I have gotten the same responses as text messages or direct messages from their staff stating they will reach out, they are sorry and never have. I feel as not only a customer but a patient that this is highly unprofessional and I am very uncomfortable now moving forward in any way with this facility. My surgery date is not even a month away and I am facing health issues along with customer service issues from GOALS to settle what I am going to do as far as canceling. I have been trying to contact them to make payments and meet with their doctor for about a month now with no response, but now the bigger concern is I am trying to cancel my procedure due to mainly health reasons. On top of that not trusting this facility at all after the experience and nightmare I have been having for the last 2 months and dealing with begging for someone to answer me has been a complete nightmare. I have invested a total $3,200 with a remaining owed balance of $3,100 which I would wish to not continue making payments towards. The contract states that unless you have a medical reason to not proceed with your procedure that you are not entitled a refund, but due to now suffering with some health concerns that were brought up during my doctors visit with my personal physician, I have been trying to contact them to cancel and still sit in the same position of being out of $3,200 and uncertain of how I am going to resolve getting a refund when I can't even get a phone call back. I need to focus on removing what is now a possible pre-cancerous mole on my body and monitor a possible heart condition I may have and this is making everything extremely stressful on me. For any customer or patient looking into this establishment, I would be warned due to feeling like just another payout rather than a patient and I am highly disappointed.

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Jul 07, 2020

Goals has not received any letters from a medical doctor to cancel the procedure. Goals has been attempting to contract the patient. Goals requests the patient call the billing department to make her final payments and schedule her procedure.

I am unable to even get in contact with you to give you any medical notes, I am unable to make appointments and my procedure was already scheduled for July ***. This establishment will not be trusted to do any procedure on me, even if my primary physician was to clear me. I would not like to move forward with anything. Your costumer service is horrible, very unorganized and I will be able to present documentation. However I am physically unable to because of your Facility. No one responds to me, the staff member who did my consultation and set everything up started to ignore me. I have all messages saved. I have been in contact with. I am being robbed of my money. Everything on your end was not done. I have not met with a doctor, done blood work, nothing. Nothing was done I was ignored. So quick to ask for money but no resolve issues. Regardless of the health concerns I am facing, I do NOT feel comfortable in any way shape or form proceeding with anything. I as a costumer was neglected and as I patient I was not important, you could care less about my physical well being for this procedure as long as you get the money and now you’re going to try to make it physically impossible for a refund when I am not in the wrong. I do not want any issues and I do not want to have a lawyer have to come into this, but if a resolution isn’t met I am going to have to result in that outcome.

No "medical" documents have been provided by the patient or her doctor to support this claim consistent with the terms of the surgical contract.

I put a deposit on a procedure that was to be done in August of 2020. I payed a total of $500. Approximately three months before the procedure. Due to COVID 19. My financial situation changed. I called goals the very next day. 24 hours after putting down the deposit to inform them I cannot do the procedure because of the pandemic. They told me some one from billing would call me in 24 hours. They called me the following week and told me that I could not get my money back. I would like a refund as soon as possible.

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Jul 07, 2020

While sympathetic to the patients' financial condition, the contract does not contain a hardship provision for a refund. Goals will be happy to apply the $500.00 towards any surgical treatment/procedure if within one year of the date of the contract and deposit (May *, 2020).

I am filling this complaint today because at the time of my consultation with patient coordinator Helena on December ,2019 I agreed upon my surgery and paying it full in cash. The promotional surgery price was $5,850.00 at the time of my consultation I also made a $500.00 deposit that day to secure my surgery date. Before my surgery during my pre op appointment (January ,2020) I sat with my contract Elisandra from billing because I had concerns about my surgery total being $8150.00 on my contract. At that time we realized I was being charged more for my surgery because they put it down as I was paying though care credit. Elisandra printed my contract and took my telephone number down she stated she would talk to her supervisor because I was charged more and I never financed my surgery I paid my surgery in cash. (I have all payment receipts). I also never did a care credit application or anything with financing. She stated Helena put I would be financing my surgery and that brings up the price because during financing you cannot have a promotional price. Days passed and I never heard back from Elisandra so I reached out to her she stated her supervisor wanted to speak. I went in for a post op massage and spoke to Elisandra now she stated the supervisor was unavailable but she would speak to someone. When she returned to the billing office she told me the supervisor couldn’t meet with me but stated they was nothing they can do because I had my surgery already. I think this is unfair because we discussed the error before my surgery and it was bought to billing attention before I had my actual surgery. Also turns out Helena the patient coordinator was fired and no longer there. They are very unprofessional!

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Jul 07, 2020

The patient did not receive a promotional price. However, the normal price for her procedure is $7,500.00 and she received her procedure for $6,500.00. Therefore, she received a reduced price notwithstanding. The total amount is $8,150.00. Further, no communications or complaints were made to Goals about this payment. In fact, she scheduled several other procedures/treatments after the surgery without complaint.

I do not agree with the business goals response because it is false !! I made serval complaints and followed up multiple times with the billing department. I was even told the supervisor wanted to speak to me in person to see what can be done when I got there I was told the supervisor was unavailable even after I followed up AGAIN with Elisandra from the billing dept. I did schedule after my surgery because I had already paid for my post op so I attended my massages as they were paid for. EVERY TIME I went for my post op massages I requested a follow up and kept getting the run around. In response to goals plastic surgery - if I did not receive my surgery at promotional price and the surgery was $7,500.00 then how did I receive it at $6,500.00 BUT had a total amount of $8,150.00. The surgery promotional price I was quoted from Helena on 12//2019 at 12:30 pm was $5,850.00 which was the promotion at the time of my consultation. Attached I have screenshot the text messages (3 photos) with Elisandra from billing also the response from goals and the promotional price at the time of my consultation along with my receipts of my deposit as on the promotion they asked for $200.00 to secure my promotion and my surgery however I left $500.00 down!! I decided to get a consultation at goals plastic surgery in February 2020 for a possible bbl. At the time of the appointment I was never seen by a doctor but rather one of their patient coordinators. She stated that I had the perfect bmi and would be a great candidate for the procedure. She also said that they had a promotion going on for $5850 that I could qualify for if I left a deposit and booked my surgery for no later than June . I decided to move forward and left a $500 deposit to book my surgery for June . She also gave me her cell phone number and said to feel free to reach out if I had any questions or concerns which I was happy about. With in the time span of February to about mid march I made approximately $1700 in payments via email to their billing department. I started to have concerns regarding the surgery etc due to everything that was going on with the pandemic so I decided to reach out to the coordinator as well as the office via email/ text and phone calls but got no response. I even went to the point where I messaged them on instagram since they were constantly posting and asked to please have someone reach out to me. They responded they would and no one ever did. As of April no one had replied to my emails etc. Getting through to their office isn't even an option , you are kept on hold then hung up on. The last email I sent was stating that since no one had reached out to me I was concerned on proceeding with the surgery and if I got no response I would have to cancel. Again I got no response, finally on May *** I was called by someone in their office stating that I needed to have at least have the surgery paid at this point. I explained to the representative about my emails, text, phone calls and he apologized stating that he wasn't aware of any of it and that he would message the billing manager to call me. Since that time she tried to call me once which I missed the called and returned right away and was disconnected. I also emailed her stating that I was on hold trying to reach her and yet again no response. A couple of days later she sent me an email stating that they had reached out by phone and text message and there was no response. I never received either or, once again I called the office and explained that I have been waiting for a call from the billing manager , they stated that they would send her a message to call me. She then emailed me to give her a date and time where she could call and I did. I never got the call and emailed her again stating that I was still waiting for her call. After various attempts and exhausting all the possible ways to reach them I decided to file a complaint to see if there is a solution to this problem. I can't follow through putting my life on the hands of a doctor who clearly isn't concerned about his patients. I was never acknowledged until they needed another payment and still at that point when I finally spoke to someone I was ignored. Your help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I signed a cosmetic surgery contract for a 360 Brazilian Butt Lift with Goals Plastic surgery originally on June , 2019, with a surgery date of November *, 2019. I changed the date of the surgery via by phone to April *, 2020, because I couldn't take time off of work. I had made a $500.00 down payment on the date of my consultation. When I went into the office to pay off my balance of $4500.00 on or about week of February , 2020. I was told Goals wouldn't honor my current contract at $4999.00.
I was given a new document, I began to initialing the document when I noticed the price change, I said to the representative Elisandra I don't agree to this price. We went back and forth about the reason for the raise in price, and I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then sent to Beverly. After explaining my reasons for not agreeing to the new price Beverly, assured me she would get back to me, she had to talk to her supervisor. Beverly let me know that my first contract would be honored, but I had to pay $1650.00 for my aftercare package. I agreed and paid the balance of $5150.00 on February , 2020. Beverly also stated I had to have my surgery on February , 2020. I agreed, went in for my Pre-Op appointment. At that appointment I was weighed fully dressed (without shoes) at 6:30 pm, and they told me I was two inches shorter than I actually am. which caused my BMI to be higher than what it actually was at time. So, the Pre-Op Manager Meechie H canceled my surgery date. I grieved his decision with Elisandra, who then took me to the surgical department where Crystal weighed me without clothing and retook my height. My height was still off but she said take a water pill and you will be fine for surgery. The next day I got a call from Elisandra, stating my surgery was cancelled and I must choose another date. I rescheduled for April , 2020. My surgery was rescheduled three times again due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On the last call I received, I was told that I had an outstanding balance of $2100.00. I explained that were mistaken and the representative said she would look into it. I didn't hear back, so I went in to the office where Beverly and Antonia proceeded to tell how they could not honor my first contract or the verbal agreement Beverly made with me, and I had to pay the additional $2100.00 to have my procedure. I was told by Antonia that she would plead my case to the boss, and try to get the lower price for me. They continued to give me the run around, and are still claiming I have to pay. I am only able to speak with Beverly who doesn't take my calls, or answer my emails. Goals also refuses to give me a refund, which I asked for several times. I spoke to Beverly today, and she states “They will not honor my first contract.” I must pay the $2100.00. When I asked her for contact information or names of the people she refers to as “they” she says “they don’t speak to patients.”She would forward my information to Antonia. This whole experience is a nightmare that is on a loop. They have no set protocols for any of their business practices, or they get don’t follow them.

Warning stay away from Goals plastic surgery warning ?? They will be nice to get your money but once hey have your money it will be a nightmare and if you decide you won’t do the surgery you will never get your money back !! They are evil

First let me say I have had nothing but obnoxious, inconsiderate, ignorant, selfish, berating and deceiving service from 90 percent of the staff .... To briefly give you one of the most unforgettable situations that just occurred let me start by saying, As a result of more than one COVID-19 cases being discovered at my place of business I had to go into quarantine and had to change my appointment date with Goals. When I went to reschedule I was told that I had to take a much later date because I should have never changed my date regardless of having to quarantine and that it was my fault I should have kept the date anyway. I spoke with a supervisor who seemed sympathetic and gave me another date of 6//2020.. When I was called on Saturday 5//2020 for a payment collection, I almost made a payment of over $2500.00 with Diana (who was very nice). I made Diana aware that I was not able to get my blood work yet because of the STAY HOME ORDER put in effect by Governor Cuomo causing my Dr's office not to take patients for blood work unless it was an emergency and rightfully so because cosmetic surgery is not an emergency. She said I still needed to make the payment to keep my date. I asked Diana what would happen if the lift did not happen to allow the surgery on that date. Diana was honest and explained these were questions she could not answer so she forwarded my call to a supervisor name Beverly..The DISGUSTING and UNFORGETTABLE final encounter began, first it sounded like a weekend party was going on in the background, so her voice kept elevating as if she was yelling at me, she kept telling me I was acting like this and acting like that... I told her I am not an actress so please STOP telling me I was acting... She said cant help her back ground she was in a call center... I thought in Brooklyn??? really the Instagram account shows everything is virtual... Even the Bank I work for closed their call center and we are all working from home, did Goals disobey the Governor's orders? I kept asking to speak with her superior she stated that "Goals has her as the only supervisor on for Saturdays and that I could not speak with anyone else"...When I finally got tired of her speaking to me as if I was ignorant, I stated that as result of her tone please be advised that I am now recording this call for quality, proof and accuracy and I also stated I pray that Goals records there calls for quality assurance as well.....Not to my surprise her tone then changed in addition the call suddenly released, she called me back and the background havoc disappeared , I even pointed out to her that her tone changed and I was glad.. I was hoping that we could release the negative energy come to a resolution and move forward. However she kept saying that I basically had to be penalized because I did not get my blood work done and should have, and that I was told wrong by Diana , because even if I did pay I still would have had be rescheduled till September.. She told me because I did not get blood work I needed to change my appointment because other wise she was charging me a $500.00 late fee.... I offered to pay $1000.00 that day in addition to the $700.00 I already paid to keep my date but she REFUSED it, when I asked over and over how could I have done it when it was IMPOSSIBLE she told me I could have drove around to find another doctors office to do it ... RISK getting COVID??? Is she serious??? The order that we New Yorker's received was to STAY HOME..... I asked what Goals Plastic Surgery was doing for existing patients as a result of being put to a halt what kind of compassion.... because Doctors offices were not taking people for cosmetic surgery clearance or blood work.... She could not give me and answer she said the contact signed supersedes what happened with COVID, I said even Mortgage companies, utility companies and insurance companies are being compassionate.. I am not looking for a hand out or anything free but do not please do not penalize me because I couldn't get blood work...

Miraculously she finally transferred me to a male named Meechie, who said he was the pre ops manager and had my paperwork in front of him and that I failed to get my blood work so it was MY FAULT, he said his doctors office is closed too but I should have tried to find a clinic somewhere since my doctor would not do it, I explained that FIRST... I live in Suffolk county I do not live in NYC there are not as many places plus its dangerous, in addition my town that I live in has the 2 highest cases in Suffolk county, second- I have a son who is asthmatic so traveling around would make a greater chance of me getting it or bringing it home and not be smart, he said that was an excuse. He then said I failed to keep my first appointment and rescheduled, when I tried to explain I had to go into quarantine... (which was explained when I rescheduled) He REFUSED to let me speak or explain, I try to speak with him because he doesn't know exactly what happened going by some notes in the system and not getting the customers end is a one way situation... Communication is key to get a clear view, however unfortunately he yelled at me told me I was irresponsible. He berated me would allow me to speak, I said I have allowed you to speak now please allow me to speak...In a firm voice he stated "NO I AM SPEAKING I ALREADY LET YOU SPEAK ONCE NOW LISTEN HERE " continued to belittle me and then had the AUDACITY to hang up on me and not call me back.. Throwing salt in a would never rectifies a situation.

There is a global pandemic beyond my control. I personally know people who have died s well as family members who contracted it and we all lost sleep not knowing what was going to happen. I have not hugged my own mom since early March.. How dare Goals Plastic Surgery try to bombard me with collecting money from me and tell my I am irresponsible for obeying the Governor of New York. I really admired Dr. Sergey V work and wanted to go to his practice. I did the right thing by staying home. Its unfortunate that because of COVID-19 and all the tragedies that came with it, that a company has the AUDACITY to make a person feel like they are being penalized by taking the right steps.. How can Goals be so inconsiderate, Dr. Sergey V seems like such a well respected Dr I do not understand how some of his staff conducts business so unprofessionally,
I plan to CC Governor Cuomo's office to advise of the treatment that Goals Plastic Surgery is giving me because of my listening to the Stay Home orders..

Goals Plastic Surgery Response • Jul 07, 2020

Patient was informed in May of 2020 to reschedule her procedure as a result of Covid-19. At that point, she had not made the payments required which included that she needed to have paid 1/2 of the total contract price one month before surgery. She refused to make payment or reschedule.

Goals offers to allow the patient to reschedule without a late fee if she brings her account current by making payment such that 1/2 of the contract price has been paid. However, if she does not make this payment, then Goals will only reschedule with the contractual late fee.

I came to Goals plastic surgery for an optional cosmetic surgical procedure. During my consultation a post-op care package was highly recommended to me and it was explained that I would benefit greatly from the products in this package. I paid An additional $1950 for this post op package. After having my surgery done, I was Only provided 3 items out of a list of 12. 75% of what I have already Paid for was not provided to me and when I asked About these items I was Told they are currently “out of stock”. it wasn’t mentioned to me previously that the items were out of stock or back ordered. Now due to the current situation with covid-19 I cannot Even go for my post op massages. At this point this is effecting my recovery process and ultimately the results of my surgery. When I asked Them for a partial refund due to me not receiving my items their billing department replied back with “there are no refunds”. I truly feel taken advantage of by goals at this point. If I am Not receiving items that are crucial to my recovery process as such explained to me, then I should Get a portion of my money back at the very least.
