As per your complaint - you claim you ordered from an online third party ( [redacted] .com)- That Company is no longer in business - the owner passed away unexpectedly - although we have no obligation to handle the orders that were left in limbo by this company we have reached out to known customers that we had contact information forThere are thousands of customers affected and this is a very complicated situation that we are trying to navigate to the best of our abilitiesMost customers have spent months trying to get their money back from [redacted] .com through their credit card Companies, once they receive the refund they place the order through us and we try to accommodate it in our production queueWe have never at any point denied to assist any costumer in any way, However we do understand this process is long and tedious and frustrating for everyone involvedAfter searching our records with the information here provided we are unable to locate you as a [redacted] .com or GOBI direct costumer therefore we are unable to assist youWe feel this Complain should really be to the Company that you ordered through ( [redacted] )However since we are unable to locate any order with the information here provided we are not sure how we can be of any assistancePlease understand that [redacted] .com is the Company that did not process or pay for many orders therefore we are not able to build our custom product or release it - as mentioned before we are trying to assist everyone through this process and it is definitely not as speedy as we would like due to the amount of work required for each and every individual orderWe will also like to inform you that we have a huge volume of calls and emails and this has maxed out our staff, we request that you leave a voice message and some one will get back once we have all the paperwork in place or can confirm the order with customers individuallyIf paperwork is incorrect or we did not received the proper information it will take longer to clear things up therefore delaying the entire process and delaying delivery of any of our productsIt is unfortunate that you are in this situation and we would like to try and assist you the best we can given the unexpected circumstances

We do not show that this customer has ever paid for this item (therefore it has never shipped)- It is our strict policy that we do not charge any customers credit card until item is ready to shipWe are a USA manufacturing Company and we build all our products in our Denver Facility - All customers are notified that any GOBI product is a custom build there are long lead times due to our high demand and limited manufacturing our productThe customer has never call us and left a messageWe do show one (1) request to have this item shipped to a [redacted] freight Center in NJIt is our strict policy due to fraud protectionWe do not ship to Freight Centers or P.O Boxes we only ship to Residential or Commercial AddressThis request may have caused the order to not be processedWe show that this customer has never been charged for any product through our company therefore we are not able to provide this customer with our product- Please provide proof that we charged for this item if you show otherwise Our Social Media page is managed through a Third Party and we will have to research to see when the customer inquired about this orderAgain if the customer had called and left a message on our phone system we would have returned his call immediately
