Go with another companyThey don't care to have repeat business or to build a trust relationship with their customer base We had them come flush our line on 7/8/due to back up into our tub, toilet and gurgling near the laundry lineThey were at our place no more than 25-minutesAt the time of service they said the issue was flushable wipes so we discontinued using themThe issue seemed to resolve for about a week or twoWe then started hearing the same thing along with dripping in our crawl spaceThinking it was a plumbing issue we called a plumber in on 7/28/only to find out our crawl space was filled with sewage and waterWe first tried to call Goble's about removing the wasteWhen no response was received we moved to another company to come pump the crawl space out, called another to get it disinfected so the plumber could return thinking again it was only a plumbing issueAfter having the plumber return and tell us it was still a back up issue we tried again to call Goble's thinking they would at the very least give us a discount since the original issue wasn't taken care ofThey were going to come out but when the issue of what they would charge was brought up it would be full priceThey would not bend and said the issue was taken care of when they were there and kept interrupting as I was trying to explain our side that I didn't think it was fair when the issue clearly wasn't resolved the first time since it happened againThey said we could find someone elseWhich we did and I am glad we did and we are ok with paying more to that company to come out on emergency basis I would NEVER recommend Goble's The other company that we had pump the crawl space found the issue to be a separation in our lineHad Goble's found this in the first place we would have saved the $2000+ we had to pay out to have the plumber out twice, the other septic company out twice and another to disinfect the sewage
