Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the business has had three weeks to get me a retune labelWhy couldn't one be emailed to me so I could print and return the item? I no longer trust them to process a refund let alone process It in a timely matterI would still like a refundSincerely, [redacted]

The issue has already been resolved and a return shipping label is in the mail alreadyThis complaint was made AFTER I sent an email to *** letting her know her label was on its way.Usually when a customer wants to return a product we don't pay for return shipping but since I missed her email
while out of town (for one week)we decided to cut her a break because she couldn't afford the item and that was the reason for the returnHer communications have been rude and we have done everything possible to assist herYou will receive a refund when our product is returned to us in unused conditionIf *** simply cant wait any longer for a return label she can mail it back to the P.OBox listed on the invoice

We are a small business and do not have the ability to email return shipping labels to customersWe were at the height of our busy season when the customer demanded a return shipping labelWe will issue a refund when we receive our merchandiseLike I said earlier, we don't usually foot the cost of returning merch and the customer could have mailed it back herself if she was tired of waitingI have never experienced someone so eager to be a victim, It almost seems like a scam to get the item for free Why should we trust a customer who has been rude and demanding to return our merchandise after we issue a refund if she doesn't trust us to do so? We will issue a full refund when we receive the item in unused conditionThe customer should have received the return label in the mail last week

Furthmore no one emailed me to say I woul would be getting  return labe, I was grateful it arrived but am still waiting for the refund for the product I have returned. Sincerely,[redacted]

On this particular day March 7, 2016 Grandma put a pill in [redacted] bag and later called and ask if the directorcould make sure he take it. She then informed grandma that we do not administer medicine. She than quotedthat he should be fine because she don’t give it to him on the weekends. She seem to...

be fine with that andthat was the end of that issue.On March 11, 2016 she did not bring him that morning. Her schedule is drop off between 5:30am – 6:30amand pick up about 5:00pm to 6:00pm. There are 3 other children who go to the same school as [redacted]. Theparent of the 3 children called on this particular day and said she was picking the children up from school.[redacted] grandma never called in about [redacted] and we didn’t take him to school so the director called the busdriver and informed her that she didn’t need to go to that school today. So about 4:00pm grandma called tosay nobody never got [redacted] and she was then informed about she never called to say he was at school.When she is going to drop him off at school she need to contact the center to let them know he would stillneed to be picked up. So the director pick him up and she was told she would need to communicate when shewill be dropping or picking him up from school. That seem to be fine with grandma.On March15, 2016 [redacted] grandma was informed that if she drop [redacted] off between 5:30am to 6:30am duringspring break that he would need to be pick up by 3:30pm or 4:30pm because he would be over his 10 hours aday. She also was told if she needed to leave him later she could but would need to pay extra for the hoursover her 10. Now this is when we felt like she had an issue because he couldn’t stay for 12 to 13 hours a day.Now she coming up with all this nonsense.There is 2 children that is related to the director and assistant director and they are school age children andnot one time have they every discipline their child at the center by hitting them. Staff do not hit their ownchildren nor no one else children. That’s the reason we have camera to protect our children and staff fromallegation like this.As far as the DCS worker go we have never heard about she was standing outside for 25 minutes. The workernever said anything about that nor did she show any signs of been upset with anyone about been outside tolong. Something else just made up.Grandma is upset because she don't want to communicate and was told that if she do not call to inform us thatshe will be taking him to school but he still need to be pick up by us she will be responsible to go get him wewill not go back to get him. Communication is a very important part of our center. So now after she was toldthat she decided to go on Revdex.com. When things don't go their way they are quick to yell staff is been rude.Grandma left a message today for the first time. Staff said she left them on hold for 12 minutes and theywaited and finish the message for her. Again [redacted] need to own her part in not communicating with thecenter about dropping her grandson off because if she had he would not have been left at school in those twooccasion.There is not a reason for us to refund her a non refundable registration fee for something she created.We have no problem with [redacted] or grandma and he is very much welcome to attend the center if he's notcoming back that's grandma choice. No one has never been rude to her nor [redacted]. She need to Own her partand stop blaming the center for something she created.ThanksMicheleEverybody stay blessed
