Review: I created an account on the website of GoBuyside on December *, 2013. GoBuyside is job search / community website for finance professionals. Subsequently, I received negative feedback about the founder of the company re his lack of business ethics and his treatment of private information inputted by members of the website.I searched the website of GoBuySide for a way to delete / close my account, but could not find any way to do this. As such, on December **, 2013, I contacted the company by e-mail to ask how I could delete my account. I never received a response. I continued to try to contact the company, by e-mail and phone, over the next four months. No one ever got back to me and my account still exists on GoBuySide's website.These are clearly unethical business practices and the company has violated my privacy and my rights as a consumer.Desired Settlement: My account, including all information I inputted and uploaded, needs to be deleted / taken down immediately. I need confirmation from the company that this has happened.

Review: Due to professional reasons, I need to delete my gobuyside account (a business set up to assist those in their professional endeavours). However, they have repeatedly failed to respond to emails to help me delete my account.Desired Settlement: Instructions on how to delete my account, deletion of my account, and a confirmation from the company that my account was deleted.
