They steal your car from private lots and legal parking then charge you. The city of Detroit has had a whistle blower investigation about illegal towing companies and this one fell through the cracks. They all need to go to prison.

My car was private parking lot I received a tow sticker on it date January the th I had hours to remove the then I get sticker off my car someone scratch our the hours time limit and put hours I called this tow company to tow my.car to my sister house to it off the lot I still had time to do it cause my hours wasn't up yet so I hired goch and son to tow it to my sister the dispatcher told me it would be minute to a hour so that gave me a little more time to get the rest of my belongings out by time I came back in the apartment the tow truck driver called me stating that he was here it wasn't even minute yet when he I didn't have the money yet to pay the towing I the driver to give me to minute can I go to the ATM and get the rest of my belongings out I wasn't in the apartment minute before I came out to go the ATM my car gone I immediately called goch and son back to let them know that they the car it wasn't time yet I asked the dispatcher can she dispatch

I attend Dorsey Schools on Ford Road in Dearborn Mi next to Planet Fitness I was parked in a legal parking space in the parking lot they towed my car anyway and charged me $dollars to retrieve my carI don't think this is fair and they ride around the parking lot harassing students and towing carsThey are rude and have teririble customer service there was snow there but I was still parked legally the price to get your car back is ridiculous this company is a scam and should be put out of business the administrator of the school called their management and they still would not refund me my money! These people are scam artist who prey on people who are barley making it

My girlfriend was patronizing the nail salon at [redacted] ** Evidentally Goch and son's has a contract that allows them to survey this lot and tow at will My girlfriend asked me if I would come get her car so that I could have the tires replaced and save some time I would give her the keys to my car to get home and then take her car to get it fixed I agreed that this would save a lot of time I drove from my house in Roseville to this parking lot I went into the nail salon, exchanged car keys and then left in her car GOCH AND SON'S claims that they saw me on camera "ABANDONING" my car They came to tow my car During this process my girlfriend explained to them what the situation was and showed them the keysTHEY KNEW SHE WAS GETTING HER NAILS DONE AND THAT THIS CAR WAS HER TRANSPORTATION She even put me on the phone with the guy and still they decided to tow the car ON TOP OF THAT, they charged me dollars They only accept cash in exact amounts s

My daughter is a freshman at Wayne State University Detroit Mi- 9/15/- 9:am her car was towed, under minutes after leaving her vehicle - as she found out it was in a tow away zone- someone must have been watching her leave her vehicle9/15/she went to the Goch and Sons Towing to pick up her vehicle- they told her 390$ cash only to get the car390$- included 250$ towing fee/ 20$ storage/ 30$ special equipment / 35$ release fee /40$ Secretary of State / 15$ service charge- She paid the 390$ cash same day at 3:pm and picked up her carMy daughter asked for a receipt - they hadn't given her one without her asking for itYesterday, in the mail we received a letter saying that Goch and Sons was going to sell our "abandoned vehicle"! We have our vehicle! It also said we would have to pay storage fees for it if they didnt sell it for a price that would cover storage feesThe car was in there tow yard for 1/hours 9/15/picked up that day! On Friday, April 8, Goch & Sons Towing was involved in a parking scam that impacted dozens of people attempting to park for a local sporting event Several individuals collected $in parking fees, provided a receipt of said parking fees at the intersection of Woodward and Alfred and directed traffic to a residential lot nearby Restricted parking/towing signs in that lot had been covered & turned for the event Once lot was full and all monies had been collected, Goch & Sons Towing promptly arrived on scene with + wreckers at once to begin removing vehicles until all vehicles were cleared It was confirmed by the Michigan State Police that the individuals collecting parking fees had been arrested for collecting parking funds for a restricted lot and that vehicles would need to be retrieved from Goch & Sons Towing The cost of removing the vehicle from the lot was raised to $cash-only, exact change only Upon calling Goch & Sons, you are unable to

Goche and sons went to tow my Vechile behind my residence cause my handicapp sticker had expired in the window so he told me it be to take it off the flat bed in cash , no credit card or checks accepted I paid the cash right on the spot they let my car down off the flatbed and in the process damaged my whole exhaust system and I have it all on video management was very rude about everything and told me that there driver didn't do anythingso now they want me to bring my van in to the office which now I have to pay to get it towed to there location

goch&son towing co had my car in there and on there lot and let a unknown towing co come in and remove itThey told my attorney that I could have it back through a court officer mr Harrison and I went to get as told and they made me and a friend sat at goch towing and they made me pay for storage up front and never got my car and they came out at five minutes to five and gave me back the whole amount I counted it and it was all there They said they would call the next day tell me about my car and deliver it to my house where it was parkedthey called and said they lost it through a unknown towing company took it by mistake I call mr Harrison and he would give me money for my car which was hundred I said ok not including the storage fees please help me with this now or I will call help me hank mrHarrison refuses to get me my money for my car or to talk to goch towing for me thankyou

My car was towed no visible sign, the date on tow slip was incorrect causing additional fees to an already price gauging amount. My car was towed 4/29/18 tow slip states 4/28/18. I repeatedly called on 4/29/18 Sunday answering message continuously stated business closed contact during normal business hours Monday -Friday or Saturday, never mentioned after hours fee on Sunday if $100. My total costs was $430 from 4/28/18-4/30/18 which I was unable to speak to any personnel on 4/29/18 to find out which lot my vehicle was in, over the phone a employee told me $410 total on 4/30/18 upon arriving they insisted $430. I experienced very poor customer service, they are price gauging.

On January 29th me and my wife were getting of the interstate when my transmission started to slip,the truck could hardly move on its own.A tow truck behind us began to blow it's horn and ride my bumper in a very aggressive manner, when I got onto the main road he blew past us and cut me off and slammed on the brakes in front of us in a dangerous manner, No professional would drive like that, he must have been annoyed that we were going so slow, but had no choice trans was slipping badAbsolutely no excuse for the drivers actions,If he had pulled over to see what the problom was I would have paid them to tow my truck homeIf this is how goch and sons towing employees act I say avoid this company, very unproffessional
