*** *** ---Revdex.comE4th ST, Suite #600Cincinnati, OH 45202Dear MS ***:In regards to, my complaint against GOCO, Inc., ID *** the only letter I viewed from them is the one that was attached to your last letter you sent meI spoke to the general manager on the phone and he basically stated what was in his letter to youHe did offer me $(the approximate value of tire cover) worth of coupons and I declined and stated, "Why would I want to return to a car wash where I received damage?"(When I wrote my original letter I did not go into detail before because when I messaged *** *** I thought there was only limited space for a short message of what happened regarding my dispute.)The day I discoverd my spare tire cover was missing I returned to Gill's car wash to see if they knew what happend to my tire coverThe general manager told me that the cover had been destroyedI asked several times to see it and he refused to show it to me that dayHe stated that I wouldn't want to see it cause it had been ran over and was in bad conditionHe also told me not to worry because they had liability insurance and either it should pay for my damaged cover or meet me half wayHe was very confident in this statement and I was confident that this matter would be handled in a fair mannerI told him the approximate cost of the cover was $but actually it was $from ***(I told the manager *** but I made a mistake; I can also show my receipt upon request.) He said he would be back in touch with me after reporting the incidentWhen he called me back the whole situation had changed and he told me they could only give me coupons and hoped they wouldn't lose me as a customerI informed the general manner how upset I was and that I could not afford such an inconvenience and loss of propertyI did not see any signs that stated anything about not covering aftermarket partsOn the day of the incident, two men prepped my truck before entering the carwashThis includes them scrubbing the rear of my car and the wheel cover| even asked them if I needed to have my side mirrors pulled in or anything else and they said noI feel that they could of loosend up the fit of my wheel cover during the prep because this cover has never come off beforeThis cover was properly and professionally fitted and was not loose! I have driven this truck fast on the interstate in windy conditions and it has never blown offMy truck has been through wind storms and has gone through similar carwashes and had NO damage! I used this car wash in good faith thinking it would be a safe and reputable place with it being in the type of neighborhood it’s inIn closing, my cover should be replaced or the cost grantedI reiterate that since my cover never came off before in other similar car washes or similiar situations, I'm lead to believe that when they prepped my car they could of loosened my cover when it was scrubbed it down.My husband and I both returned to the carwash to try to resolve the problem after I had the first phone conversation with the managerThe manager was on vacation and another gentleman had me fill out an accident or claim form stating what happend with my personal informationThe manager caled the following week and stated there was nothing they could do except give me some couponsI am a very dissatisfied customer who is not being unreasonable about their complaintI am unemployed and I'm unable to replace what I lost.I would appreciate any help you can give me in this frustrating matterThank you!Sincerely,(###-###-####)e-mail: ***

***,My name is Jonathan and I am the general manager of Gills Car Wash located in Cincinnati Ohio I received your letter in regards to an incident with *** *** case # *** on 11/and would like to respond to the occurrence.Mrs*** came through our car wash in her H***
and had the rear tire cover of her vehicle damaged in the process The tire cover was purchased off of *** as an after market part, not directly from the *** dealership The piece is held on with a bungee strap which was blown off of her car in our drying chamber and unfortunately ran over by the car behind her I explained to Mrs*** that we don't cover after market parts due to them not being standard items from the factoryAnything that is added to a vehicle has potential to be damaged; window rain guards, bug deflector grill covers, deer deterrent whistles, tire covers etc My car wash equipment did not malfunction and the damage was caused due to the lack of quality to secure the cover to the vehicle We cover damage to standard items; windshield wipers, radio antennas, scraped rims from hitting the guide rails, etc.I offered Mrs*** a $gift card to compensate her for loss but she declined the card I also still have the tire cover on site if you would like to see it If you need anything else feel free to call or email me back Thanks in advance.*** ***GM Gill's Car Wash###-###-####
